Jason's Pub & Eatery

Unknown to me until I pulled up,  it looks as if the Donkey has sold out to new mgt and is now called Jason's.
There looks to be major remodeling. (not a bad thing considering the old Donkey).  The bar is open now with 3 flat screens on each side of the bar and a big one on the wall.  The beer menu has been drastically improved!  There are 10 beers on tap,  including some Magic Hat,  Peroni and Guiness.  Of course,  there is more liquor as well compared to the old place.  
The menu has wings, burgers, salads and pizza.  A bit more than used to be. Unfortunately, the wings weren't exactly the same.  Don't get me wrong, they were good,  but I used to drive out of my way for Donkey wings.  They were hot and crispy.  Atmosphere was irrelevant.  Now the atmosphere is greatly improved (the kind of place I would spend Sunday afternoons to watch football) , the wings are good just not "drive out of the way" special. It was only my first time at the new place and I'm not giving up on the new place just yet.  I will go back to see if the old wing magic comes back.

Went this afternoon for some football as wings. The wings and French fries were really good and the service was friendly. Try the Bloody Mary, $3 on Sundays. Best I've tried in a long time!
