Consumer service is just as important as the food.

The food is very good and reasonably priced but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. Every customer counts not just the ones you know personally.  Being rude when people call in to ask questions about your sandwiches shows little professionalism.

Wow! Stopped here on way to NYC.  As good as any subs in Philly or New York.  Wish I could have them relocate to DC.  Well worth a stop if you're nearby.  Staff I super-friendly and they have free wifi.

Great Heros.   Good quality Brooklyn style bread and Boarshead meat.  Other sub places in the area such a Tastee subs can't compare.   If you like quality, go to Joe's and stay far, far away from tasty subs and any other sub place in the area.
