  To me Jolly's has two sides like a coin. I've been there in the afternoon and at night. In the afternoon it's a pleasant quiet place to grab a cold one and relax, maybe chat with a few people. Pretty friendly. At night it turns into something different all together, they aren't friendly to newbies wandering into their bar, some of the patrons are down right scary, so show precaution when treading after dark.
