    Julia's is pretty much people watching crack!
    The crowd is pretty mixed,too.
    The drinks are good, and on the cheap side.

    I know it's hard to find nice bars, lounges or clubs but this place was lame.  We didn't even get out of our car.  Park, saw inside from our vehicle and then left.  Yes, it was empty and looked lame.
