K W Spice is Nice

Decent barbeque. The rib tips are very moist and pretty flavorful. Their fries are very good, not the typical soggy, bland free-with-everything in Chicago fries, but instead are like thinly wedged, almost steak cut fries and are crispy on the outside - actually good enough to eat.. They have pork and turkey links, which isn't that usual and you get a lot of meat for the money (about $11 for a large combo). Hot links will kick your ass a bit, which I'm not all about, but they also have mild. The sauce is so-so - vinegary and thin, but I like my barbeque without sauce usually anyway, because I'm pretty picky about that, so I had mine without - wise decision.. The women working the counter are busy, but nice and efficient.

I hate the sauce here. It's hit  or miss. Sometimes the meat is pretty good and sometimes it's burnt and drowned in sauce to cover it up. The sauce is gooey and wack.

This place is always packed with people and I can see why. The barbecue here is delicious! It's very tender and the meat falls right off the bone. They aren't the fastest but the barbecue is well worth the wait!
