Beggar's Pizza

This is the worst one I've been to!!!! The service is beyond horrible! When you order your food for carry out they wait yo you get there to start your order! This is unacceptable! And customer service is super WACK! Any time I'm paying $20 for a small deep dish I want the best pizza made! I have grew up on beggars and will forever love it but this particular franchise is terrible!!

Placed an order for our company holiday party at 10:15am this morning, specifically explained we only had 1 hour for our lunch period & needed the order here promptly at noon. 12:20 came & no oder, when we called to see where our order was we were told it was on the way. 12:40 comes around, we now have less then 20 minutes left for our lunch and still no order. This time when we called, we were given a run around about how they were very busy & couldn't be accomadated. They offered to tak $9 off a $60+ order, big whoop! Needless to say, we canceled our order & will NEVER order from them again! This is very upsetting as their suburban locations are very friendly & accomadating. If it were possible, this location wouldn't get any stars.

I was ecstatic when I moved to Pullman and found this Beggars @ 103rd & Halsted.  BIG MISTAKE!  This store should have its license to use the great and honorable Beggar's name removed.  I thought it might be disappointing when I was told 1hr35min for delivery.  That automatically means they hold orders to gang them together.  In other words, we'll deliver a formerly 'hot' 'fresh' pizza when it suits OUR schedule.  The pizza arrived in 1hr20mins barely warm.  The pizza itself had 'mooshed' together leaving one edge of the cardboard pizza board 1-1/4" exposed on one whole side.  I LOVE BEGGARS but this location needs to be inspected by the CORPORATE OFFICERS and shut-down if it can't deliver to BEGGAR's HIGH STANDARDS.  I'll be driving all the way to Blue Island or Lansing for my BEGGAR's pizza if I really want one.  In the meantime, I'm trying the off brand places like Roseland Pizza and Doreen's because I'm not waiting over an hour for a RUINED Beggar's Pizza.  That's right--THIS 'ROSELAND' FRANCHISE RUINS THE EXCELLENT BEGGAR'S PIZZA!!! Don't bother with this location if you want a real Beggar's Pizza
