Sunugal African Restaurant

I and my boyfriend were the only ones in this restaurant last night.  I felt like I was eating at a relative's.  CNN was on a large plasma TV, and pop music from Africa was playing on the sound system.  The restaurant seems to be set up for parties.  I had fried fish which was well seasoned and very fresh.  It came with salted rice, plantains, and sauteed onions in palm oil.  An eight-year-old brought out the plantains and skipped around in the dining room for the rest of dinner.  A few adult relatives came, including five people who watched TV for an hour and left.
