I underestimated this place. Â Wife and I had a great lunch for about $20. Â The staff were all very friendly and helpful for us noobs. Â I recommend the kalua pork sandwich on taro roll. Â Wow. Â Hot, heaping and juicy, without overdoing the sauce.
Decent beer and wine selection. Â Nice relaxing patios front and back.
We will be going back - often.
Excellent wine selection. Great food for vegetarians (spinach/goat cheese frittata is tasty; stuffed poblanos are great). Handmade brick-oven mini pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and perfect for one person. Â Location is a bit hectic and traffic is limited to street parking if their small lot is full.
