Kentucky Fried Chicken-Taco Bell

I wish I could give 0 stars. We stopped for lunch on the way to Indiana and were completely turned off by this location. We arrived in the drive-thru at 7 (I started singing a song about it being 7 o'clock on the dot) and we didn't get our food until 7:18 and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. The lady who took our order didn't know her head from her butt and couldn't multitask to save her life. Not to mention she was completely rude. Eager to eat since we waited 18 minutes, we drove off without checking our food. Big mistake. Half our order was missing. We pulled back around and waited another 10 minutes in line and finally I said "whatever" and we went to the McDonald's next door. When we finally ate the Taco Bell, it was cold.

Stay away from here if you like your food hot and fresh and not having to wait 30 minutes to eat.
