La Saj Lebanese Bistro

This place is excellent! Best garlic sauce and bread I have ever had. The first time I went I played it safe and went with the chicken shwarma, it was alright I have had a lot better. BUT the bread and garlic sauce they give you when you are first seated is well worth the visit. Between that and the wonderful and affordable margarita I ordered and loved I went back within the month. Second time around I tried the fried kibbe, the falafel and the spinach pies- all were fantastic! To sum it up, go there it is great! Get the fried kibbe and don't worry about splurging on the warm bread and garlic, they will bring out more! Good atmosphere, definitely a nice dine in option.

I don't even know why this place is so good. It's everything. I crave it. It's the fast service, the bread ( which stays soft the next day), the garlic, the hummous with ground lamb and pinenuts, the tomato kibbee, raw kibee, fried kibbee, etc...everything's good..Unlike most of the other mediterranean restaurants, you can eat family style and get a little of everything or choose larger dinner portions.

Love, love, love. We ate here last night based on reviews on Yelp and it lived up  to everything written. We had the Combo for 2 and every bite was yummy. The piping hot pita and garlic spread are amazing, the baba ganoush is perfectly smokey and the fried kibbee is delish. Our waiter, Matthew, was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back.
