Land Ho Restaurant

This is our favorite spot on the Cape. The food is made fresh every day including their clam chowder. It has local Orleans character but is welcoming to tourists, seasonal vacationers, and is family-friendly. My favorites are the giant baked stuffed clams and the Cape Cod Reuben.

Went here on the way back from a 20 mile ride on the Cape Cod Bike trail.  Walked from the trail to Land Ho which is right down the street.  
Excellent place for lunch.  I sat at the bar on a weekend when they were slammed for service; 30 minute wait for a table!  The bar was free so we sat there.  The bartender was really busy but she was very attentive to us.  
I had some very good clam chowder and the cheeseburger special had a homemade onion compote on it.  Unexpected, nice touch, and shows that they think about the details with their food.

Busy during the summer, and rightfully so.
Nice selection of beers (including a west coast ale), and delicious food - everyone at the table agreed. A little loud, but worth it! Everyone loved the 'Ho!
