Warm beer and horrible service!
Met up with some friends at Larry buds after work the other night. I went up to the bar and ordered my first beer and then went and sat with my group. The waiter asked me where I got my beer and when I told him the bar he huffed and rolled his eyes walking around. I couldn't get service  from him after that. All in all I won't be going back!
This review is for the West location: Â Great atmosphere for watching the basketball game. Â Good drinks at reasonable prices. Â Downfall? Â Awful service and poor quality, bad tasting, over priced food. Â We were greeted by our server and had drink orders taken right away--good sign right? Â Our beers took about 15 minutes, our appetizer was even served before our drinks. Â Appetizer ordered was a basket of cheese fries for $6.99. Â Literally a cereal bowl sized serving of cold, grease drenched fries (as in grease soaked all the way through) with a sprinkling of melted shredded cheese and maybe a little bit of crumbled up bacon. Â Served with a side of ranch, that we did not request, but were charged $.99 for!! Â We decided, after a solid 30 minutes of waiting for our waitress but never having her come over, to order from a random waitress who was not our own. Â This is not something I normally do, having been a waitress through 6 years of college and graduate school, I have the utmost patience and understanding towards servers. Â But we had been there nearly an hour and had not been approached by our waitress since she dropped off our first beers. Â We chose a 9" pizza for $9.99. Â It was supposed to have sausage, pepperoni, beef, mushrooms, and green peppers. Â I literally could not help but laugh out loud when it was served. Â This pizza was at most pushing 7.5-8", was a cracker thin crust that I think truly may have been composed of saltines, and barely had any toppings on it, and I mean barely. Â Coming from someone who loves mainly the sauce and crust of the pizza, if I am even disappointed in toppings, they must have been dramatically lacking. Â After our completely unsatisfactory "meal", we decided to order some margaritas we had witnessed some other patrons carrying around. Â When we wrangled up our waitress, lo and behold, the margaritas were the drink special that night at only $1.50. Â That would have been great to know at the beginning, before a bucket of beers, since tequila is my favorite. Â I ordered one on the rocks, my boyfriend ordered a frozen. Â Our waitress was completely confused at what a frozen margarita was. Â We actually tried to explain it for a good 3-4 minutes before we gave up and just went with on the rocks. Â A similar situation happened with our check. Â The worst part about the service, besides the actual abandonment of serving us after our first drinks on her part, was not that she was "slow" Â but that she literally had a completely condescending attitude towards us. Â It just became humorous- after the intense frustration wore off. Â I will NOT ever go back here again. Â 5 bottles of domestic beer, 4 $1.50 margaritas, a small bowl of disgusting fries, and a "pizza" totaled $45, definitely not worth it.
