meh...I've experienced a lot better. Came here with my bro and his family. Party of five. Took more than 20 minutes to get sat although 15 tables were visibly available. 3 hostesses up front seemed to be lost and in their own world. Finally we were sat and drink orders were taken and brought pretty quickly but no napkins or silverware rolls were on our table. I had to ask a busboy for some. Server came and took our order, we ordered our meal with appetizers and of course everything was brought out 25 minutes later. Meal and appetizer together. Server says she rang wings in as an appetizer. They also brought out the kids meal a few minutes after the adult meals, a grilled cheese and fries. The Ghost Pepper wings are only slightly spicier than the Regular hot wings. by slight I mean a smidgen. Nothing was impressive about this place. A server was playing chase with a 5 year old boy. literally running around the restaurant around tables and chairs. I am not prude and I like to have a good time more often than not but I won't come back to this place to do it. Even with slightly attractive young women walking around with cleavage in your face, I didn't notice anyone having a particularly great time despite it being early evening on a Saturday. The food is fair at best and nothing special except for the chicken fried steak. I didn't taste it but the guy next to me had it and it was massive. Thumbs down.
Review Source:I could care less for the schtick. I got over that a long time ago. Service was friendly enough, though. Â The food, however, was like any of the other players in this genre. Completely forgettable. I ordered the signature burger with a Blvd. Wheat. If you like your beer stunningly cold, they can do that.
The burger came with their Fire Fries. I'm not sure if they forgot to light the fire, but there wasn't anything "flammable" about those fries. The burger was equally underwhelming. I hoped there would be some flavored rub in the meat--if there was, I just wasn't tasting it. My burger had two thin patties, which at just about any other bar worth their salt, would have been one large hand-formed patty mixed with their signature [smokey, sweet, or spicy] rub.
So, would I go back? I didn't exactly see anything on the menu that made me say, "self, you need to go back and try that." The beer was cold and the service was just fine, but the food won't be calling me back any time soon.
What comes into my mind when I think Twin Peaks? Two huge beautiful mountains and beautiful scenery.
Walking into TP you are greeted immediately by the gorgeous looking staff. Women in skimpy lumberjack outfits. 'Nuff said, right? The inside basically had a cabin feeling with TV's plastered everywhere. A huge bar in the center and lots of seating.
I was seated at a booth and the waitress handed me a menu. The menu is fairly basic and small in my opinion. One side had a drink menu and the other side a small food menu. The main focus of food is going to be slightly above quality bar food that you can get anywhere else. What's a bit funny is their food and drink sizes. You can get a girl sized drink or a man sized drink.
I ordered a Newcastle man sized beer and it came out to me frosty and cold. Never been to a place that regulated the temperatures of their beer. Seriously have never had a beer this cold in my life. Props to them; because it's working for me.
My friends finally showed up and we ordered our food. I ended up going with the Smokehouse Burger. We also got fried pickles for apps. They weren't too bad, and it was plentiful between the three of us. Not quite as good as Buffalo Wild Wing's fried pickles. It did come with some good ranch dipping sauce.
Once the food came out, I was impressed how it was plated. They came in these nice wicker baskets. The fries that came with the burger were huge and seasoned well. The burger was actually pretty good.
So if you like great views, cold beer, and tasty food I would check this place out.
