Oh my God, could this food be any worse???????  FYI...  Appetizers come BEFORE the main meal and there is a difference in the Apps and the kid's meal.....so don't argue with me that my kid's dinner doesn't come with fries........  They are kids!!!!( not to mention charging me $12 instead of $7)

If you need the bottle of ketchup so bad you need to wait for me to use it so you can take it back, let me know.  I will bring you one the next time i pass by!

And to the "chef" (I find it very hard to call you that) 8 oz of dried parsley and a pound of cut up onion is a bit much for a Gyro.......

"do you want the wings spicy or mild?"  Had i known that the difference was a fried chicken wing with nothing on it at all, including any taste, or fire, I just would have not ordered them at all.

Why would you give me a "happy Hour" menu when you seat me at a table and then tell me the "happy hour specials are only at the bar"

New owner???????  This was awful!!!!!   If you are looking for food of this quality i would tell you that you are better off across the street at Arby's but I don't want to be rude to Arby's.  They deserve a better rating then Lincoln Station.

Well back we went for some good pub food only to find out the whole menu has changed, not only the menu but what this place was about.  It is now a Greek Italian restaurant, same owner I believe but possibly a new partner.  We have been here twice since the change and I have to say I am not looking forward to going back.  The food was just so so, lacked real flavor.  What was once our little go to place for a quick comfy meal is now a place we might not return, sad

Ordered take-out since JimmyJacks closed early and was not impressed. Burgers had no real flavor, and the buns were like cardboard. The wings were bland, and even the bleu cheese dip tasted off.  The only saving grace were the steak fries, and chicken fingers. Probably won't be coming here again.

Returned to LS for might be the 3rd or 4th time tonight.  Noticed a few things.  Door has been moved away from the bar side.  Bad idea. All the cold air hits EVERYONE in the restaurant every time someone comes in or goes out. You could see people turn to look at the door like why is it so cold in here all of a sudden?  Obviously this is not an issue in the warmer months, but to me at least It seemed a more natural flow to enter on the bar side and be walked into the dining room by the host or hostess.  Next the delicious tapenade & pita has been replaced with....DARE I SAY??  A verkakte  little piece of bread and butter with raw garlic rubbed on it?  Whats the dilly-yo? And now the most egregious problem, my french fries have been replaced with bland almost tasteless thick-cut  steak fries.  A few months back they had some of the best fries ever.  These commercial tasting steak fries were not up to par.  They also added a bunch more televisions.  Turning this place into a quasi-sports bar.   If I wanted a sports bar I'd have gone to Changing Times.  On the positive note the Chipolte Salmon, still excellent.  The steak sandwich, still excellent.  I get a sense there's penny pitching going on and a shift in target demographic.  I don't like the direction the ship is being steered.

My nephew and I were looking for a nice place to eat a few weeks ago on a Friday night.  He suggested we go here - so we did.  I was pleasantly  surprised. We were welcomed with  a friendly smile and taken to a very comfortable table.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive... as was the busboy.  Our food came in a timely fashion and was cooked perfectly.  My nephew had a hamburger and said that it was one of the most juiciest hamburgers he had ever had.  I had one of the evenings specials (flank steak) which again, was prepared perfectly.  We would have had dessert - but didn't have any room left.

One of the managers (or owners - not really sure) did come over at the end of our meal to ask us how everything was.. which I always happen to think is a very nice touch - shows they care.

I also thought that it was very reasonably priced.

Overall, we had a lovely evening... and looking forward to going back.

Hubs and I stopped in on a weeknight a few weeks ago, just to check out the place. We were greeted and a very friendly guy came over right away to fill our water glasses and drop off some toasted pita with (very tasty) olive tapenade. (He was also charming on our way out the door - he should be promoted!).

Unfortunately, the stellar quality of service began and ended with him: It took at least fifteen minutes for a waitress to arrive; she "didn't see [us] hiding in the corner." This confused me, as the place was relatively empty (three other tables) and we were smack in front of the main window. Our drinks arrived pretty swiftly, but service lagged for the remainder of our visit. Don't get me wrong - she was friendly and accommodating, but not on top of things.

As for the food: My husband's burger was of great quality, cooked as ordered, with some really tasty, hand-cut fries. My Cajun chicken sandwich (accompanied by the aforementioned yummy fries)  was tasty enough - on par with other local pubs' sandwiches - but nothing unusually good. The desserts were, again, tasty enough, but I'd likely save the calories next visit.

Overall? I'd go again to explore more of the menu. What we had was average pub food, but perhaps there's a diamond in there that we haven't yet found.

Real tasty buffalo chicken, tasty fresh salad with a nice house vinaigrette, free olive tapenade with warm pita slices. Service was friendly and accommodating.  Good decor, and a nice bar with several TVs and 8 tap beers if you have to wait for a table.  We came for lunch so there was no wait. Everything was enjoyable.  Definitely worth a trip back for some of those interesting dishes on the menu.

Went for our first (and probably last) time to Lincoln Station.  We were seated immediately and ignored for 12 minutes.  Not even a glass of water (and this was before the dinner rush).  Finally a waitress (not ours) noticed us sitting there with menus and introduced herself, explained that this was not her table, but offered to take our drink orders.  Good thing as we were about to leave.  After clarifying whose table we belonged to (really?), our "real" waitress came over and profusely apologized.  Sorry, but with the new owner and manager on-site, this was inexcusable.  As was the fact that the tables were jammed so closely together, that they had to open a fire exit door to allow someone with a baby carriage o leave.  Oh yeah, I am sure that the couple sitting by the door appreciated the 15 degrees on their hot meal.  We did notice the owner walking thru the restauarnt several times while we ate.  It appeared to us that once he had enough to drink, he relaxed and began to introduce himself at tables and ask if everything was "ok."  No, it was not!  Your staff are not trained.  I also observed your manager drop one of the paper table covers in the floor, pick it up and place it on a table he then set.  Really??? You can't afford to throw out a paper table cloth?   The burgers we had were fine.  Actually not much better than 5 guys.  What was entertaining was watching the unprofessional show you and your staff put on.

Good food, i really enjoyed the burger and fries

    I will return again soon

took a bit too long to get drinks but manager and staff were very apologetic

    Very friendly staff

Owner should spend more time with customers while servers are working hard instead of sitting at the bar

I've lived in Bellmore for about 4 years now and maybe it's because I'm used to the bar scene in Manhattan but I don't understand all the positive reviews on yelp-this place is only OK.  It's half bar, half restaurant.  The service wasn't AMAZING, the staff was polite at best and the bar space was cramped.  This is the 3rd place I've seen open in 4 years at that location--hopefully it lasts longer than Clear Water Charlies (it's predecessor) but I think they need to commit to being a restaurant and not a bar/restaurant.  There are 2 other local bars in the area that people seem to love (I don't get it but this is what the townspeople tell me) but there aren't many good restaurants in the area.

This place was very good. We shared a steak sandwich and the chili mac and cheese. It tasted great.  The prices were also reasonable. We'll be back.  Not the place to go if you're looking for a fancy dinner, but if you just want a casual, local place with good food that won't break the bank, add this to your list.  I hope this place sticks around.

Also, they have a good prix fix menu during the week. Give it a try.

The restaurant looks very nice on the inside, staff was very friendly and the food was very good.  Only getting 4 stars because the service was kind of slow and there were only two other tables when we sat down.  Our waitress Lisa was excellent and not to be blamed for how long it took to get our food.  We only ordered a burger and a salad and it just seemed to be about 10 minutes longer then I would expect for such a simple order.  Burger was excellent and I really enjoyed the hand cut fries, bigger than most, almost steak fries size.  Highly recommend and at $10.50 it was worth every penny.  Cobb salad was good but nothing over the top.  All in all a great first impression and I look forward to going again to try some of the other items.  Chili Mac & cheese sounded yummy.  Welcome to the neighborhood!
