Just stopped by for dinner. The Egg Drop Soup was excellent. Great egg-rolls (I had pork). They featured a combination Hibachi Steak/Sesame Chicken combo, with fried rice. EXCELLENT!  The "white sauce" rivals some of the best any Japanese restaurant has to offer. Overall, fresh, hot, well prepared food, with friendly, good service. Not many Asian restaurants in Nashville, TN can stand up to this little restaurant in Burnsville, NC. If you're in the area, I highly recommend.

Located in a strip mall, Little Tokyo offers dine-in and carry-out. The menu is typical for Asian restaurants -- large and extensive offerings.  Our best results have been with the hibachi offerings, but recent daily specials have proven to be good values.

We've always had good, fresh items here, and for the most part they have been well done. I've yet to experience the too long held spring roll, the bane of many an Asian shop.

Last week LT was offering scallion-chicken stir fry with rice and soup for $8. This proved so good that we ordered it twice during the week. Hot and sour soup was flavorful and full of veggies and tofu, and not overly thickened. Try the fried wonton -- a commercial prep but always freshly fried.

The atmosphere is austere, but service is friendly and prompt.

Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, 7 days.
