We used a Groupon. The sangria was great as were the tapas, unfortunately the paella was salty. This was our first time with this dish so we just thought it was always salty until the table beside is sent it back. Service was very good, there was a delay in checking out. Overall a positive experience.

Purchased a Groupon here based on some recommendations from friends and reading the reviews. Unfortunately, at the time I did not realize that they were only open for dinner Wed-Sat. I did not think that this would be an issue until I also realized how impossible it is to get a reservation for one of those days. After three failed attempts of calling well in advance, I finally accepted a 9:30pm reservation, simply because the Groupon was about to expire. Upon the suggestion of the man on the phone, we arrived early in hopes of maybe grabbing a table in the bar area or being sat in the dining room early. However, despite three open tables, we were not sat, nor did anything open up in the bar.  We went to the bar to get a drink while waiting. My sangria was very strong and full of lemon pulp. When the reservation time arrived, we went back to the hostess who told us (in between her text messaging) that she was still waiting for a table to open up. We were finally sat around 9:45, at which point I was ready for bed, not dinner. As for the food, the braised short rib entree was good, but the tapas (calamari, mac and manchego, empanadas) were just ok. Calamari was accompanied by a very heavy lemon sauce on top, way too much bread crumb on the mac and cheese and the empanadas were burnt. Overall, I was not impressed by Loco, and would not return to pay full price.

I really like this place, especially considering it's in Easton.  It's the most like a trendy Cambridge place you can find in suburbs, that actually has good food.  A nice wine bar with a comfortable lounge, good ambiance .... what more could you want for a relaxing evening?

The tapas did seem a little Americanized, so if your expecting traditional Spanish food you may be a little disappointing.   I highly recommend he mussels, and save some bread to dip in the romesco sauce.  Also, they always seem to have a deal out there on Groupon or Yelp.
