Jake n Joes Sports Grille

This is a pub with lots of televisions. We had sandwiches for dinner and iced tea. It was OK, but not great. Way too expensive for what we got. I will go to the 99 across the street. Better food, better value.

The food is good, although inconsistent. I recommend the Surf & Turf, with lobster casserole and steak tips. Huge chunks of lobster and big steak tips. Caesar salad was mostly cheese and cream, with a little romaine for color. Servers are friendly but in 3 visits so far I had to wait each time at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get acknowledgment from a server. I noticed the servers were all ignoring me and other customers in the same situation. They were also ducking my repeated attempts to get their attention. It's a new place but this is a management failure. I never saw any manager. Plenty of seating and a nice, bright layout. Good seating for groups. TVs and music are both severely limited by the programming choices.

Food was excellent, plenty of TVs about the place. However, I really don't think 2 rounds of beer, an appetizer and 2 burgers should have cost $90. Very tasty and all but I could never be a regular here. Plenty of other places nearby that have decent food and TVs for less. Waitresses are cute though.
