Loved it! Try the veggie pizza! If there is a wait ( usually they're is) be patient and wait! It is definitely worth it. I would wait as long as I needed to for the good food here. Lots of fun for a group or on a date. Find out what the fresh fish of the day is, I have had really good luck with ordering this in the past and it is super fresh.

Best wings around! I've been coming here for years and I honestly have to say, the food as of late has really started to become amazing. Fresh catch of the day along with daily specials. My favorite meal there is either the Irish chicken parm, or Buffalo chicken Mac and Cheese. They also have The Jeff Parker Burger which is simply perfect on every level.

There's always something going on there, whether it's for a Boston sports game or fundraisers or just a weekend night; it's bound to be busy. Not to mention 50 cent wings for every bruins game!

I love the atmosphere there the most though. The bartenders and servers really make you feel welcomed which gives it a nice environment that I personally would compare to Cheers!

It's too bad for all of the harsh reviews on here. Waxy's seems to have been slapped with a bad rap. I would challenge anyone who previously had questions about Waxy's to go back and experience these improvements. I guarantee you will have a different opinion upon leaving.

We hadn't been to Waxy's in a while because the food had gone way down hill.  We heard they recently hired a new chef and decided to pop by.  We got the wings...they were very good.  However, their draft beer was rancid.  We tried BlueMoon, Sam Summer, Miller Light--all bad....so we switched to bottled beer.  A little while later a few folks sat a few seats down from us and were experiencing the same draft beer issues that we had...they chose two different beers than listed above...they, too, settled on bottled beer.  It's sad.  A bar that can't pour a decent tasting draft.
