Redone, fresh and new, and still really divey. Sign says: "no biker colors allowed!" Â Hum, that sounds like some serious business.
I don't think I would have gone into the previous bar, and I'm generally considered to be the adventurous type. Not a lot of women here... Lots of old men. Nevertheless, when you're in corporateville, it can be somehow refreshing for a moment or two.
They did just play Elvis, and that is never bad.
So I was just reminded that when I came here once before, I got a pepper and onion pizza and I really liked it, so there.
Definitely a townie dive bar. (Give it 3 and 1/2 stars)
That being said since they remodeled it (used to be le saralle or something like that) its a lot cleaner inside.
You still get the whole biker vibe, and yes if its your first time there it seems like the bartender tends to all the regulars first but you just have to give it a chance, chat with some of the regulars, they wont bite.
Not a bad place to check out if your looking for a no frills bar experience, cheap beers, watch a game, engage in interesting conversation with some of the patrons.
They do serve food here but i've just been here for drinks.
I wouldn't recommend coming here on a first date however its a decent spot to start your night off with some reasonably priced drinks.
