Solid neighborhood place. Decent food, decent drinks (but like other reviews note, NO liquor). For whatever reason we were there on a fairly busy night (chalk it up to the basketball game) and there was some interesting people watching from couples to a group of friends to a guy who looked like he was wearing PJs to another who was wearing sunglasses and a puffer vest...yeah. Interesting. I've been to some other places that are definitely better in Queens, but all-in-all an ok experience here with a bunch of friends for an evening.
Review Source:I love the Paan Masala Remix, and Mango Paan with mango juice base..really like rain drop but feel it could be stronger and last longer. Also try Persian Sand ..beautiful aroma and flavor! This place has amazing Hookah and really nice service and staff. I have literally stopped going to Astoria for their over burnt and over priced chalky Hookah. This place is probably the best I have tried.
Review Source:I actually didn't even smoke there! I give them a lot of credit for their effort though, trying to get a hookah lounge in a very residential neighborhood, across the street from the 99 cent store. ;) The place did smell nice from everyone's hookah pipes so I'm going to just assume smoking would've been as tasty. The decor has changed to be "appropriate" for a hookah lounge. My favorite part of this review, & reason that I am giving it 3 stars, I have saved for last: they had really good wings!? Dunno how they pull it off off but going there just to see if my comment about the wings is correct - is reason enough to try this spot. As a side note, I've never gone when there are more than 2 or 3 people here so I can't make a genuine comment about whether this place is full of smoke, as only 1 person had a pipe in the whole place.
