Consistently the worst service  I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Me and my boyfriend went through this morning and ordered 2 coffee drinks, a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, and a sausage burrito. She didn't read back our order (nor was it on the screen), so we weren't aware how wrong it was. We got it corrected at the window, and even had to re-order the sausage burrito and make a second transaction. We got home and discovered that they still got all of our food items wrong. The sausage/egg/cheese had no cheese, bacon/egg/cheese had no egg, and the sausage burrito was really a sausage mcmuffin. We took it back and got it all sorted out, only to deal with poor customer service. Almost every single time we go, there is some issue. Wouldn't go back if there were more options in Hilmar...
Review Source:**update 8/13/13** - Quality of food is getting worse and bathroom is still a wreck. Â I've also lost track of how many times I've had to tell the punks that hang out there (I won't call them customers as they usually don't purchase anything) to stop cussing or go outside as there are young kids sitting nearby. Â Management really needs to step it up and handle these idiots before they lose any more customers.
Old review -
This is one of the better McDonald's that I have been to. Â We stop in once a week with the kids and our meals are always good. Â The only downside as one other person pointed out is the bathroom. Â It is not very clean and they only have an air dryer (no paper towels). Â The rest of the place is very clean.
Just went through their Drive-thru and they were STILL serving breakfast at 1040 even though their cut off is 1030. That was just too awesome! Most McD's I've been through are super strict about their bf times. Anyway nothing beats an egg and cheese biscuit, no meat here with a nice OJ and yogurt parfait! The parfait is really one of the reasons I wrote this review. For $1 you get a nice serving of yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and granola. Beat that *$ Anyway MCD's is always the same, non-pretentious and inexpensive when I'm on the run. Sometimes it's just what I need.
