They just completely rebuilt the place, so I guess I had my hopes high. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement!  

The dining room was absolutely filthy. It wasn't busy but there were stains, crumbs and globs of condiments on nearly every table. I actually had to wipe one down myself. I saw a couple other customers have to do the same thing.

The manager was conducting some sort of orientation meeting in the dining room.  Another employee repeatedly and obnoxiously disrupted the meeting.  In between outbursts, he worked on taking out the trash less than 6 inches from where I was eating (it was barely half full) while ignoring the condition of the eating area (or our personal space).  I was also ignored by another two employees when I asked for dipping sauce.  They deliberately tuned me out to finish their football debate.

I truly hope this place gets it's act together.  
I won't be bringing my son to this one again.
