Meeker Street Bar and Grill

Extremely rude staff, very aggressive when trying to close (an hour early too I might add!). Last call started before 1AM, with all the bartenders shouting to hurry up and finish drinks. It wasn't really that crowded and there were three bartenders so I didn't get why they were starting last call so early. What mostly wasn't cool was when they started snatching up unfinished glasses because we weren't leaving quickly enough and were being punished.
I get the staff wants to close and go home, but I assume the employees have to abide by the hours of operation or else what is the point of them? Apparently this is a common occurrence and I don't like being treated like some shady character that needs to be kicked out of a place for no reason. That is definitely not a place I want to bring my return business.

This is a great hang out place.  The food is pretty good, I like the taco salad.  The staff has always been friendly and helpful.  

I haven't spent a lot of time here late at night, more after work - the crowd is mostly blue collar workers, I'm not sure what the late night crowd is like.

It's a pretty chill place, lots of TV screens - one is pretty big, there are several pool tables.

I love going here. The staff are friendly & the food is great. I often go in by myself & have always felt safe. It's like my own personal "Cheers', where everyone knows your name. My fav is the 3 olives bubble martini. Cheers to Brett & the gang!
