Creative Bus

We booked this bus for a friends bachelor Party. Planning it out of state was difficult.

Creative Bus helped in lifting a bunch of weight off of my shoulders. Telling them what I needed, wanted, and expected they took it, ran with it, and came out on top. Their prices were the best that I found and they were willing to accommodate anything we wanted.

Mike was the greatest driver. After one of my friends kicked over the cooler mike said he would go get some ice and a bottle opener for us. He was always their lickity split anytime we needed him or were ready to go somewhere new.

I hope to use them again for some other random occasion.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because of technical difficulties in the beginning with the sound system. But once again mike took off his shirt showing the Superman Logo and saved the day.

I must preface this by saying i RARELY write reviews and only do so when i feel like a company did exactly what they promised and even went above and beyond to accommodate. so here it goes: I have used Creative Bus for 3 different occasions: 1) a work event 2) an Alumni event 3) a birthday party - I must say, all 3 occasions were AWESOME thanks to this bus company.

the most recent even that I used creative bus for was my boyfriend's birthday party from Seattle to Emerald Downs. It was somewhat of a last minute event - I called Creative bus on Monday to schedule something on that following Saturday. RJ is AWESOME to work with, she hooked us up with a bus that fit my budget and # of people. The price was competitive with other companies and the bus turned out to be exactly what we needed. On the day of the event, the driver, Daniel, called me because there was an issue with the speaker system so he had to switch out the buses. It caused him to be late but he was nice enough to tag on extra time because of the delay. It was a hiccup that was made better by providing good customer service. Our group is definitely not a quiet group to say the least but Daniel was an AWESOME driver, super patient with us and made it easy on me (being the hostess :)).

My only Cons would be that the speaker system would go out on us from time to time but that was mainly user-error because we didn't really know how to work it properly (a bit confusing) and it was a little hot on the bus (it was an 80 degree day that day and we had 20 ppl on the bus so that probably added to it as well).

I have only used Creative Bus for pick up and drop off type events - not one where they drive you around for X hours but for the events I used them for, they were awesome, super helpful, great customer service - I would definitely recommend them :)

We used Creative Bus for my daughter's recent high school homecoming dance. AMAZING customer service from the first phone call to the time my daughter and her friends were dropped off. They had Ernest as their driver and he was sweet as could be! He even gave every parent his cell number so we could call if necessary. He was truly a blessing. This is THE ONLY PARTY BUS COMPANY I WILL EVER USE!!!
