Uncle Mo's Snappy Inn

Fort St. George and Uncle Mo's are my two favorite places to go when I feel like grabbing some drinks with my friends.  They don't share the same type of atmosphere, but they do share the same great quality of service.  The staff at Uncle Mo's are always extremely nice and they take care of you.  They have great drinks and food, and plenty of seats!  Most important of all is that this place always makes me feel comfortable!

This place just makes me laugh.
It's like a place where all the high school age kids come to get drunk and sing into a beat up karaoke machine.
Sure the drinks, if you order something easy, are stiff, and you get smashed faster, in theory.... but why go somewhere filled to the brim with aging people with high school mentalities? I didn't care for that when I was in high school, and I like it even less now.
Upside: I've never had a rude service encounter with ANY of the staff. Even when a friend of mine, a regular, knocked a woman out of her chair (both drunk).  Not sure why we didn't get thrown out though, I'd have thrown us out.
If I ever go in there again, I'll be out of my mind.

Stopped by Mo's to meetup with a cousin and grab some drinks.  Sat at the bar, attentive staff and a good selection of local beers.  It's a good local place, with good drinks and good people.  I'd be back.  It's a good spot to just hangout with unpretentious folks.
