Mews Tavern

fun bar to hang out in! Not something you need to wear a shirt and tie. decent sized selection but i'd have to say its just a fun easy going environment.

I stop in here whenever im in the area, staff is laid back but assertive.

Awesome selection of beers on tap. This place just does it right. The restuarunt itself seems to be huge! This is a great place to go with the family or with a few people after work. The menu is well organized with many options for various pallets. I can't imagine anyone leaving here unsatisfied !

What was once one of my favorite stops while out on the town the Mew's Tavern has gone down significantly in service and menu options.  My wife and I visited the eclectic bar area and felt comfortable seeing the dollars still stapled to the ceiling and immediately were thirsty for one of the many choices served on tap.  That's where everything went downhill, the menu has been reduced, and our server and bartender were inattentive at best.  I will not allow poor service to keep me from going back since it is sort of an institution, however I hope to see improvements on menu choices going back to the days of the not so recent past.  Ordered teriyaki wings and bailed on main course took over 40 minutes to get our wings.
