The Mezzanine

The only real place to go dancing in SC... but it's way too smokey inside. And the restrooms are really dirty.

There's lot of room to dance upstairs and the DJ/music usually is pretty good.

The last time we try to go in June, they were shut down due to underage drinking.

The Mezz keeps getting better and better.

When it was the Cellblock, I never came here. It just always seemed kind of sketchy, dirty and incredibly smoky when they allowed it in there.

Fast forward a year! The DJs are phenomenal...great mix of House/Dance/Top 40 stuff. Never feels too packed, drinks are strong and bartenders are speedy. Make sure you go see Tee upstairs for the best drinks :)
