There is a wonderful little café at the back of this bodega.  At first glance, it appears to be a total hole-in-the-wall dive, which actually adds to its charm.  But who cares when the food is so good!  I highly recommend either the chicken fajita or the chicken quesadilla.  I have eaten here about a dozen times and I have never had a bad meal.  The food is always spicy and the tortillas always light and flaky.  On top of the flavorful food, the people here are very friendly.
If you are looking for linen tablecloths and formal service, then this place is not for you. Â If you are looking for a nice, intimate, family style experience with great food, then you must definitely check them out!!!!!
Nice little treasure! We found this little place and at first, didn't want to go in because the front portion of the shop with it's speed racks filled with mexican sweets blocked our view of the cute little cafe behind the grocery. Â The owners were very nice and the food was very tasty. We had the tacos with chorizo and potatoes and the quesadilla with pumpkin blossoms. As we sat eating our food, with the music in the background, we felt that we were in Oaxaca!
