  My wife's grandfather lives in the assisted living home down the road & we normally like to bring lunch with us when we visit.
  
  We'd been going to the diner down the street which we found to be overpriced & not that tasty.  This time, we tried something new - the Ming Moon.
  
  I dig takeout Chinese food in general & found most of our meal to be delicious.
  
  We had the General, Chicken & Broccoli & Lo Mein.  All delicious, large portions.  These three dishes could feed our party of 6 adults & one child.  We over-ordered but totally our fault.
  
  We did also order some spring rolls which were NOT delicious.  They weren't crispy & they were soaked in oil.  This may have been a one time fluke with their fryer not being hot enough so you may want to ask when you're there if they can guarantee crispy spring rolls:)   I've made them with my Mom at home before & it's not hard.  This is what cost the Ming Moon the 5th star.
  
  This place should be for take out only as their interior is pretty lame.  If Robert Irvine were to visit, he'd sledge hammer the whole dining area.  Robert Irvine would be very happy with the cleaning that goes on in the kitchen as the kitchen was clean (and they were cleaning while I was there, too)
