  Great breakfast place - accommodated a bigger group of us - 10 people on a Monday morning.  The waitress we had - Angie I think - was fantastic.  Attentive, friendly, we loved her.  They have some specials, but I stuck to your basic scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, hashbrowns.  Good food, cheap prices.  The service was kind of slow, but we didn't mind.  Definitely go back!

  We were just driving through Allegan and decided to look for a place for breakfast.  I had the corned beef hash which was fine.  Just basic breakfast food.  The waitress sold us on paying for the special upgraded whole grain bread...meh, it's actually very similar to the multigrain bread that I regularly eat.  Next time, I'll just get the basic wheat instead.

  This is a great breakfast and lunch place also with wonderful pies made by the owner, Alma. The waitstaff is great and the menu a nice surprise for a neighborhood place in downtown historic Allegan.
