This place is a dump. A product of its environment!

If I could I probably wouldn't give it a whole star.  My husband and I have been in here 3x and all three have been terrible.  We will not never go back.  2 out of the 3x we left because after sitting at the bar for over 10 min no one approached us.  It wasn't because there wasn't staff they seemed to just ignore us.  Too bad really because we are close to the place.

This bar is great IF you are looking to over pay for drinks, play in a poorly ran tournement, or want to get in a fight.  The worst staff possible, the worst people to hang with, and pool tournements that are fixed for the friends of employees.  I won't be back ever and can promise to hate on this place as much as possible.

This sports bar has been there for decades. It used to be our favorite friendly neighborhood bar. However things change. We can always count on change, right? This time, not for the good.

Cheap pool? Yeah, on lousy, uneven tables.

Dark corners? Sure, where someone can get away with a crime of violence without getting caught on tape.

Good food? ....um, I beg to differ!

Fast, friendly service? In general, no.

The mirage has almost reached the limit for calls to the Jeffco Sheriff Dept for various drug. fighting, over-serving, serving underage etc. problems. I, for one, do not want to be "accidentally" included as an instigator, when I'm an innocent bystander. So patrons, beware! They  need bouncers now. It's a rough crowd. Don't know why they don't have bouncers, at least on weekends.

We will not be returning to the mirage. There are so many other sports bars nearby, with pool tables and all the same amenities, without the increased  violence we have seen in the recent past.

Too bad, so sad. Until new owners come in, they've lost loyal, 20 year patrons.

I used to go here for the draft Miller High Life and the Texas Hold-em Tuesdays. However, on my last visit, I ordered a burger and a beer. The burger made my stomach revolt and regret my dining selection. Next time I'll eat somewhere else.

If this were my neighborhood, this would be one of my Neighborhood Haunts.

    Cheap Pool.

    $3 Blue Moon Drafts.

    Dark Corners.

Karaoke.  (Yup.  Karaoke.  Honestly, that's where the extra star up there comes from.  I mean, a Karaoke Billiards Bar??  I'm In!)

Dance Floor!!  YES!! (You understand, I do NOT mean upon which to dance.  I mean PURELY for the entertainment factor of WATCHING slightly inebriated patrons attempt to do so.)

People watching.  This is a great spot for it.  First Dates.  Couples.   Line Dancers.  Hoochie Mamas.  Jersey Shore Wanna Be's.  Teeny Boppers.  Big Hair.  Mom Jeans.  Short Skirts playing pool.

    Yup.  Me Likey.

Basically a pool hall.  Food was average, decent beer selection.  But the atmosphere is pool, pool, pool.  Don't expect to pick up a chick there that is under 45 and doesn't smoke.

I can only comment on the drinks --- they were kind of weak, actually, but the bartender was very friendly and told me about the bands that would be playing.  Very welcoming.

Large space with adequate seating, pool tables and a biiig bar, fully loaded.  It's not overly divey at all; I'll definitely be back if in the area.  Maybe the drinks will be stronger and hopefully the service will be just as great.

    Cheers!

Huge space with lots of TVs.  The food is good  - lots of burgers, standard pub grub and some Mexican-inspired dishes - and a huge selection of beer on tap.

They call it a Sports Bar but it is really more of a large billiards hall with a couple big screen TVs at one end, usually with no sound b/c the jukebox is blaring.  It is very blue collar and friendly enough but if you are not a smoker you are going to hate going in as both entrances have been commandeered by chain smokers so you have to hold your breath and charge through the smoke, inevitably getting that fresh ashtray smell melded onto your clothes for the rest of the day.  The owners should be fined for not obeying the 15 foot law but since most of the people who go there are regulars and I assume most of them smoke they are happy with how things are.

As a hang out place it is not bad, not great but comfortable.  The atmosphere is kinda dark, the tables all have that "it is clean but I can tell there was beer spilled here last night" feel to them.  There's usually folks playing pool and hanging by the bar, the jukebox usually plays hits from the 70-90's and the bar food is surprisingly good.  We really like the chicken wings, shrooms and skins, but their burritos are good too.  Actually everything is worthwhile.

Evenings they almost always have something going on like a pool league, darts league or Texas Hold' em.  If you like a blue collar working man's bar with great food this might be a good choice.  If you need something a little more plush/classier there are other places nearby.

Great for billiards and darts. Diamond tables. Inexpensive drinks and good food as far as bars are considered. Wait staff is almost all female and fast to serve.

Still sticking with two stars after day two of the playoffs (which we knocked out one of their teams to take the divison!)... The staff was busy, and I get that...but all I wanted was to get a TV change in our area so I could watch my football game...the TV by us only got 1 channel and they couldn't get it to change. Total Bummer! didn't see our server very often until nearly the end of our game.

On a better note, special was $2 bud/light draft beers....not bad
And the finger chili rellenos with a side of green chili...was really good..not good health wise, but really good.

I will go back, but only because I must for nationals...

    Great spot!

Free pool on Tuesdays, cheap drafts during happy hour and nightly drink specials (we got $2 fat tires all night long).

The service was a bit hit-or-miss, but our server was new and didn't have a complete handle on the menu yet. It took a few attempts for our friend to get her turkey burger and diet coke. But, my "Ken Caryl" was actually quite good for being mexican food in a bar. It was a carne asada steak, green chile, a mini-chile relleno, rice & beans.

The rice & beans sucked, but seriously, whoever started the rumor that mexican refried beans should come out of a can and mexican rice is a box of rice-a-roni, well, that rumor stops here! That seems to be pretty standard in Colorado.

Overall, we had a great time. I would def recommend this place for a happy hour or a group. They had poker on Tuesday as well. Good times. You know you've driven by this place a hundred times, stop in and check it out.

The Mirage is a great place to watch the Bronco's and all the other NFL games on Sunday afternoons during the football season. I have been coming here to watch the games for years and always have a good time. Hanging out with Binks, Dan and Susan with Kelly, Roxanne or Teresa bar tending and rooting for the Bronco's. During the football games they have beer specials. If you order food stick to the basic stuff like burgers and sandwich's. The Mirage has all the games that are in progress on at least one TV so if you follow an out of town team you can watch them. All in all the Mirage is a great sports bar and a great place to hang out with good people and watch some football games.

One of Littleton's largest bars.  Quite a few drafts (about 20 or so) and
quite a few pool tables.  The waitresses are all really nice.

One of my favorite things here are the chicken wings.  Ask for them
fried extra crispy with sauce on the side.  Then order either medium
(which is like Buffalo hot) or hot (which is habanero based, delicious,
but painful!) and then dip away.  The bleu cheese could be better, but
the wings are worth it anyway.  I'm an addict.

They also have a really nice green chile that is actually green/brown,
not red!  It is medium hot and quite delicious.

It is a great place to meet friends for drinks, snacks, and pool and
to chill out if you're feeling like a relaxed atmosphere.

Located off of Coal Mine...go to the back of the big parking lot
behind 7-Eleven.  There is ample parking.

My only complaint is that the pool tables eat your balls sometimes,
and you have to wait for a waitress to rescue them.

My husband and I were in here a few nights ago.  We thought we would stop as it is close to home.  The food was good and the beer cheap and there are plenty of pool tables.  The place is rather dirty and service is so so.  We will look for somewhere else to go.

I also went to the Mirage because it was one of the sponsors for a league I was on.   The beer was priced well and the food was average, but the staff is awful!  I don't plan on returning.

One of the intramural leagues I play on is sponsored by this bar. Went here for the first time the other night for dinner and a few drinks after the game, and although the food was tasty, the service was not so good.  The waitress I had was absent minded, and first forgot to bring us our drinks then when she did, mixed up our order. When asked what kind of bread I wanted on my California Club, she was unable to tell me what "Parisian Roll" was.  She forgot to also take the discount off our tabs (part of the deal of the sponsorship). This place would get more stars if the service was a bit better. The drinks are reasonable and the food is amazing! Hopefully I can update with a better review later if I get better service next time.

This place has potential. Unfortunately the management sort of ruins the goodness. I've never seen the management of an establishment go against a good Samaritan for breaking up a fight. Guess there is always a first.
I'll give two stars for the food and relatively cheep beer but until the management gets their act together, i'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

You might never guess, but this sports bar has amazing food! My fave is the Coal Mine Chicken Sandwich. The flavor of the chicken is phenomenal and the bacon and swiss cheese compliment it so well. The fries are addictive and the mexican fare they offer is pretty good as well. I have gotten this sandwich over 10 times and I love how consistently good it has been.
