Moe's Place

Went their for breakfast had hashbrowns 2 eggs toast and side of ham for under $5. The place is casual and somewhat of a dive but prices are cheap and staff is friendly. Food was served very fast!

Been there several times in past ... wasn't to bad. Went there for dinner made reservations...still had to wait.. made reservation for 8 showed up at 7:53 they said "we just gave your table away"... We had large party... so had to wait till other people left ..45 minutes. Went there the following Sat for breakfast... owners wife waited on us...HORRIBLE service....wrong attitude. As far as the food ....asked for eggs over medium ...got them extra snottey (runny).... Breakfast Billy is hit or miss.                  

For good wait service they need to bring Racheal back and fire the owners wife.

On my way to Detroit I decided to stop at Moe's Place in Rossford, Ohio....a mile down the road from the Hollywood Casino.  I was there a couple months ago and had very similar experiences.  

First of all the burgers are A-1.  The Flaming Moe with lots of pickle and onion is 5 star.  The only place I found to be better is Miller's Bar in Dearborn, MI.  They are not the same but quality wise, very close.

I also got the waffle fries and a couple Yuengling Black and Tans.....all for under $12.  

The service....ehh.  Same as last time.  They got my food and weren't particularly friendly about it.  The blonde woman was friendliest and the older brunette was borderline rude.  She was actually rude to the guy next to me....if she'd talked like that to me....it would have been 0%.  No real reason to be rude to people there.

But anyways, it was ok all in all....but if they were nicer, I'd raise them up a star, but they're not.  3 Stars.
