I requested a cup of water to go with my meal, and was told I could only have bottled water. I could literally see the sink in the back of the kitchen and asked for some water from the sink, but the manager (? vs owner?) refused. I talked them into giving me an empty cup and went to the bathroom and got water from the sink.
This may seem like a small issue, but it's a cheap and tacky way for them to make a few bucks, to say nothing of how incredibly terrible it is for the environment to only serve bottled water.
Saw a very similar review from another patron on Urbanspoon. If enough people complain about the issue, then they may be more inclined to change this ridiculous, ignorant, irresponsible policy.
Pizza is okay, too much cheese, not as good as Bella's, though the prices on Monday were good.
Won't go back until they change the bottled water policy.

Decent pizza, the crust is good, thin and crisp.Their pizza muffins are the BOMB.The salads are fresh and large enough for 2. Subs are pretty dam tasty too.I'm not a fan of their pasta dishes.Only because I have to be blown away with a great sauce to love your pasta.

Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but usually friendly and efficient.

Good deals on Mondays and Tuesdays for beer pitchers and margaritas. Selection for drafts aren't huge,I think they usually have around 12. Not a full bar either, mainly beer and wine with a couple of cocktails.(Which are just ok)

Nice and clean, modern type vibe and the garage doors located on one side of the dining area is a neat feature, they open them up when weather permits.

Moon Dog is a unique, "Local" spot, that seems to have their stuff together.

    4 stars ****

Very disappointing. Tables not clean. Pizza mediocre, at best.  Other better choices available.

Nice venue.   I like the glass garage doors that are probably opened to the outside when the weather is nice.  There's a nice open feel to the place.  It was one of the cleaner places I've been to. Or at least it seemed that way.

Moon Dog is a pretty typical pizza place with typical menu items.  Everything looked good, and I had a hard time deciding between a sandwich and a pizza.  I ordered a small cheese pizza to go and while it hit the spot, it wasn't anything that would set the world on fire.  The crust was nicely cooked, there was a nice helping of cheese -- not too much and not too little but otherwise was pretty ordinary.

Moon Dog is an okay place when you're looking for decent, quick food choices.  The employees are super friendly and don't rush you.  That was probably the best part of all:  the employees.

Good location, clean facility and friendly staff. That's where it stops for me. I had a sandwich that was OK but nothing spectacular.I was expecting much more since so much time had been spent on the facility itself.

We were the only customers there during early dinner-time.

Had the Greek salad and a veggie pizza...won't be back. Nothing about either was worth what we paid. I would be embarrassed to serve something like these two dishes. Maybe it was just an off evening. I hope! Gave one star because the server was nice!

New restaurant that we stopped off I-81 to have lunch on a Sunday. Very clean.
Nice and eager staff with an awesome selection on the menu. The pizza however was just average in spite of the cool topping selections. The crust is very bland as well as the marinara. We had cheese sticks as well and it really proved the bland assessment of the bread/crust.
