    Was on a cross country road-trip and wanted something light and delicious.  The Muffin Man provided both!  

    I had a small garden salad and it was colorful, fresh, and delicious.  It had two different kinds of greens, onions, bell peppers, heirloom tomatoes, shredded cheese and strawberries.  I also got the raspberry vinaigrette, which was amazing!

    My dad and I took our food to go, but as I ate it I said to my dad, "This salad is the gift that keeps on giving!  It's a different taste in every bite!"

    Excellent.  I highly recommend this place!
