My first time coming here was with one of my good friends and two other people and it was also my first time ever trying hookah. We heard about this place and we decided to hit it up! Upon arriving we noticed it was very hot inside! I was very uncomfortable so I asked our waitress to seat me and my group closest to the door so we can get some air! Aside from feeling hot I enjoyed myself. The waitress was very friendly and kept checking on us and changing our coals and making sure we were doing okay. I enjoyed the choice of music they had on that night it went from reggae to classic rock. It was a good time! So why am I giving it 3 stars? When it was time to go we got the bill and we could NOT believe it. We were charged 40 dollars! My friend almost instantly complained and asked why we were being charged so much if we did not get a refill nor did we order any kind of food or drinks! Supposedly there was some bs charge. My friend ended up paying the bill and we left. It was such a shame they over charge you! So beware!

This is the first place I tried hookah. During the summertime, I was a regular here with my best friends during the weekends. The hookah is pretty good. (Try the Kisses from Heaven w/ Winterfresh!) On the weekends, they have 3 different DJs, DJ Chiko/DJ Cheese/DJ Danny Dice. (DJ Cheese being my favorite. he has the best mashups!) But they each play a pretty good variety of music. You can catch the just turned 18 year olds along with the 24 year olds dancing here. The music is pretty loud as if you were at a club. Thank you to the waitresses Ness, Miranda, and Ana for always being a great help. The owner Alex is also VERY nice and welcoming.

Its definitely hangout for the youngsters. I looked around and I couldn't help but think most of the clientele probably just graduated from high school. Regardless, I think its ok for a local spot - maybe even better than ok. I've been here twice, once last year and a few days ago; both times the place was lively and the service phenomenal. The dj keeps this place alive.
Point is, you'll feel like a kid again if you aren't already one but you'll have a good time.

This hookah lounge sucks hairy balls...first of all the hookahs water was super warm...ewwwww. Since when does hookah have warm water.???? Yuck! Second, the place has no ac just fans. So it's hot and sticky. At like 1 am :/  third the restroom had no toilet paper nor hand towels.  This place is just a mess. I complained within the first 5 minutes and they wanna make me pay. Fuuukkk that! People don't waste your money and go somewhere else pls.

Nothing to write home about but it satisfies your hookah craving. Not the best place for dancing (it's basically one long, narrow hallway) and the music is far too loud for conversation. But the hookah itself is great and the service is even better. A change of venue would get this a five-star rating.

Went there the other day with my cousin. Friendly staff, quick service, good prices.. the only negative is that for being in a hookah bar, the music choice was too bad. I thought like I was in a club. Hookah bars are supposed to be relaxing, so you can talk and chill. -2 for that...

Very cute hookah lounge, nice to see that Downey is becoming more lively. We've been needing one of these. Managers are very friendly. Cool place to come with a group of friends, not too pricy. 5 stars!

Decor and ambience very nice, music isnt too loud, hookah a little over priced...got a lemon, guava & mint and paid $22. Burnt out too fast and the waitress forgot that we ordered tea. Other than that a chill place for a weekday.

Last minute hookah. Went wih two of my boys. Its a small place. Gets crowded quick. No food. No alcohol. Lame. The waitresses are 20 year old slutty lookings chicks. Which is a good. But its so small no good ventilation. Too loud. 3 big plamas is a plus. Smoke is so dense due to lack of ventilation. It has a weid smell like old gym clothes. Go to fusion hookah lounge. Or the o cafee. Its way better I give this a 3 of 5 starts..

came here last night and, not gonna lie, i loved it. I'm a big hookah critique and i was surprised to find $12-14 hookahs hit so well. i probably was there for an hour and a half and it never got harsh. i asked for the sweet melon tangerine mix. it was good! the place is decently sized. not too large. they had dim lighting, classy decorations, and multiple plasma TVs that were tuned to ESPN. the music wasn't to loud, just perfect. the one thing i didn't like about the place was the unisex bathroom, i was sitting on the toilet staring at a urinal right in my face. not cute. but other than that, I'd definitely come back :)

Good hookah, and good service! But with really loud ghetto music and people. Don't expect to hold a conversation with anyone

It was the night before the 4th of July, and the typical hookah bar that I visit with my girlfriend was closed.  Decided to try out this place.

We were greeted by the friendly owner and his staff and seated immediately.

The service is by far the BEST out of all the hookah bars in Los Angeles and Orange County.  The staff was on top of our order.  We got our hookah super fast, and coals immediately.  After that, we were checked on very frequently to make sure we had enough coal.

The music was a bit loud, and the DJ was not the best at mixing songs, but the excellent service and atmosphere made up for this, and thus we had a great time at this establishment.

The crowd was a good mix of people.  Seemed to be mostly people in their 20's, not too young, and not overly hipsterish.

    PLUS:
    High quality hookah/coals
    reasonable prices
    Excellent service!
    Diverse crowd

    MINUS:
music is a little on the loud side (that's my only complaint)

Finally Hookah in Downey!!! lowkey my idea. Checked it out on a Sunday night. It's a koo little spot the owner and waitress were very nice, they made sure me and my girls got taken care of. It's nice inside, good music close to billiards, kellys and Georges all local bars.

So far so good...ill be back soon too check it out on a Friday and Saturday.

I have never written a review in my entire life, but my experience with this establishment deserves one!  The service at the lounge was atrocious! We were left waiting multiple times for coals and hookah after reminders and being completely forgotten about.  Our waiter incorrectly overcharged us, it was freezing in there initially, and the air coming from the vents were blowing away our smoke instantly so weren't adequately able to enjoy the hookah experience.  The place is way overpriced!  The only, I mean only thing that was slightly pleasant were the racks on the waiters.  Overall, I definitely left there feeling like I wasted my money.  This place needs to get it together.
