Absolutely my husband and my favorite place to see live music in the Bay Area! Â We see several shows there every summer. Â We really enjoyed Ziggy Marley and Steel Pulse a few weeks ago. Â We jump on the ticket portal as soon as pre-sale tickets are released. Â We've also become huge fans of Club Masson (great buffet for a light dinner and a no-line bathroom!). Â If you keep tabs on Facebook, you'll find great seats and not always at steep prices.
Review Source:This review is for my wedding at Mountain Winery.
My husband and I fell in love with the venue right away. Â The view is to die for! Â However, we were convinced we wouldn't be able to afford it, but we were wrong! Â We started off working with Alexia, but she left and we worked with Kendra. Â Both were fantastic. Â Hint if you are on a budget, Sundays are half price, and Sunday afternoons are another $500 off! Â We used the Vista Deck for the ceremony, the Redwood Deck for the Cocktail hour, and the Grand Hall for the reception. Â Everything went off without a hitch! Â The staff was very helpful and responsive! Â The food was AMAZING! Â We got so many compliments on it, and they have great vegetarian selections. Â The place is so beautiful on its own that you don't have to spend much at all on decor! Â I cannot say enough positive things about this venue. Â Definitely add it to your list of venues to tour!
Very disappointed in the customer service. Â I attended a concert and the show satyrs an hour and a half LATE, then the performer was forced off stage only an hour later. When I went to request a partial refund (the show was supposed to be 2.5 hrs) I was given the run around. The Mountain Winery was particularly rude and unaccommodating. I will never go back. You can go see the same performers at smaller venues throughout the bay area and pay half the price and get far superior customer service.
Review Source:Gorgeous venue - big, beautiful winery - stage and seating all outside, surrounded by the vineyards.
Parking is steep, $20 (unless you carpool with 3 or more). For a one lane is was surprisingly smooth going and coming. We expected to wait forever, but were please we didn't have to. Big shout-out to Phuong in the parking lot for hooking us up with a great parking spot by an exit - THANK YOU! We sat in "general admission", another pleasant surprise; not that uncomfortable of bench seats and a lot of options if you were a little early. The stage view wasn't bad either.
Many booths for wine, beer, snacks and food. Everything was pricy, which is expected and it's all fun and tasty so I say enjoy! Buy a treat!
You literally drive up the winding mountain, so the view from the winery at the top rocks, whole view of SJ/the South Bay (especially lovely at night).
We saw Jim Gaffigan, who was HILARIOUS (my face literally hurts from laughing). Can't wait to come back to this venue!
Came here for the first time to see a concert, Rodrigo Y Gabriela.
I read a bunch of the previous reviews and:
+ I agree to wear hiking boots or flats. Â The steep lot is hecka STEEP.
+When you drive into Saratoga from 280, there's one little sign for the winery. That's it.
As you drive up the windy, winery road, there is NOTHING to reassure you.  Just keep going, you WILL see it.  But "it's a long, and winding road", and sign-less.
-Someone mentioned bugs so I "Off'd" myself but 7/11/13 there were no bugs.
+I scored with 4th row EXCELLENT seats but I walked around and every seat is a good seat. Â BTW, the general admission bleachers DO have a back on the bench.
+Someone else mentioned the ushers kicking you out immediately after but I hung out and took photos for a good 45 minutes, no problem. Â
+Someone mentioned the windy, one-lane road out takes forever so I just hung out for about 40 minutes and then zipped out quite easily, with only minimal traffic.
I may return for another concert.
I did not enjoy my concert experience. If you like getting ripped off, this is the place for you. No disclosed $20 parking fee on the website. ( I'm sure they did that on purpose.) Â Way expensive mediocre food. Featured band played for exactly 70 minutes. No encore. Nice view, but not worth the $$$. They lost my biz. I won't return.
Review Source:I upgraded my review. Â I had a really fun time at the Yes concert. Â I really felt some good energy from the fans, and I am pretty sure my other concert was just crap...
Our seats were in the third row.. and I was right next to Steve Howe... Â Oh my gosh.
The parking lot is still kind of a bummer. Â My Corolla's low horsepower makes it want to slide down the hill and having to park in reverse horizontally is gut wrenching. Â
The bathroom line and the line to get out are really terrible for a packed concert. Â
I would still recommend taking a picnic blanket, a spirit of your choice, and a delicious bucket of chicken over getting food over there.
Very disappointed in the price of wine.$16.00 a glass of below par wine, the price of the show$73.00 for1 hour., $20.00 parking. Sound quality poor. View fantastic. That's About it. Erikah badu....booo. shame on you for showing up 2 hours late and playing a 1 hr show. The whole experience felt like they didn't care if we were there or not.
Review Source:Beautiful set up to taste and/or catch a show. $10 to taste (4 glasses of the regular wine, 2 glasses of the premium). Gorgeous view of the Bay Area. Pack a cooler or picnic basket to enjoy a lunch or snack with your wine.
The road is a bit windy and narrow heading up so a DD is a must.
The deets:
-$20 parking...so bring enough cash, carpool, something!
-$18 cheeseburgers...yep...some booths have cash only and if you come early enough you can dine at their restaurants...expect the same price points there too (or if you're really saavy, bring your own food and tailgate it...ahem, I mean picnic it...let's keep it classy folks.)
What's to love?
-The atmosphere, yes you pay for the atmosphere. It's just a 15 minute drive up into the mountains to get away from it all...totally worth it.
-It's an intimate setting versus some of the larger amphitheaters in the area.
-The line up: great line up versus the other hilly vineyard around the way.
-Parking: at least they have parking versus the other hilly vineyard around the way.
-No kiddy stuff. It's not a rave, it's not a hip-hop concert, it's a sophisticated venue and some days I like that more than a club or arena.
The 2013 line up isn't as great as years past, but I have highly considered putting in the money for a seasonal show pass because there was one season I saw several shows and thought that one would eventually be worth it. But price was too steep for my shallow pockets. Maybe one day soon.
I'd definitely recommend to experience a show at The Mountain Winery, wonderful grown up fun...no kiddy stuff here.
#370
Immediately was enamored by the picturesque view of the surrounding mountains, and absolutely loved the intimate venue... we saw the Fabulous Four last night... Beatles music could never be anything less than fabulous:)
We got there fairly early to get a table on the patio deck of the winery section. Â He ordered a bottle of their Pino Noir, which unfortunately paled in comparison to the bottle we got at Caymus winery in Napa. Â And the food was a bit exorbitant in price and tasted mediocre at best. Â But I believe this place is much more known for the spectacular views and concert events; definitely not for the food nor ironically for their wine.
My girlfriend and I drove up here on Saturday for a little win tasting. It was easy to find although it's a long drive up the windy road. It's a long hike from the parking lot up to the wine tasting room. For $10 you can try 4 reds, 4 whites, or 1 white and 3 red. They poured the wine and we walker around the property and WOW, do they have the best view of the Valley from up top. It's a great spot to go up and take some good pictures. I would go back for a concert in the summer.
Review Source:Eating at Mountain Winery is kind of  a waste of money. Overpriced for what you get. We go there for Thanksgiving and it's a totally different experience. Great food. Free parking. But not for the concerts. The food was mediocre and the service was slow.
I've paid less for a better meal.
On top of an expensive meal ($135. for a two course dinner with dessert), Â we were charged an unexpected $20 for parking. No warning on their site. (It was free before!!) Then, if you have trouble hiking the hill it's an additional $12 for a shuttle!
This is probably the last time we will do that.
What a great venue to see a concert. We saw Billy Idol here recently. Beautiful stage set into the stone winery built into a hill. Â Cool lighting. Small, intimate, not a bad seat in the house. We were in the nose bleed bleachers which I was happy to see were pretty comfortable (deep wood benches with backs). The view even from here was better than most pricier seats in other venues. Only complaint was the metal railings seemed awkwardly placed, blocking views from all but the top, but I guess you need rails so what can you do. The food was quite pricey but good. We had bad planning and got hungry. We shared the chicken fajita sandwich from the casual to-go cart. It came with fries and was actually really good and ample. Beer was nice and cold. It was a mellow crowd, which I expect is what you get in this area for the prices they charge. It was actually not as remote as I had pictured it, not too far to get to. We left a bit early because we were afraid to get stuck in a big clusterf%&%k driving down the mountain road...but we slipped right out no problem. I'll try to come to a show once a season as a treat. Bring a coat, it was COLD!!!
Review Source:Our first time here, had dinner and show (Rodney Carrington).
This place was amazing, beautiful setting and the night lights below of the valley and San Jose were stunning.
Our dinner was fabulous, loved their chardonnay.
Our waitress and servers were well trained and couldn't have done a better job !
We will definitely be returning soon.
Without a doubt the best music venue in the bay area. Top acts play there all summer and even the nosebleeds are great seats. If you're on the floor level, you can literally see the whites of their eyes. I've seen BB King and Buddy Guy and Jewel on a date and was blown away. Also the views of the valley are breathtaking. Definitely a must.
Review Source:We finally got to see a show at Mountain Winery. We saw Bill Cosby.
Pros:
Pretty Drive
Small, cozy venue
Good sound
Eateries on-site
Ample parking
Handicap accessibility is top notch!
Parking ushers guiding traffic after the show
Super-dee-duper friendly and helpful staff
Good crowd of mature adults who know how to behave themselves
Cons:
BUGS!
Price of food
Price of parking
Like everyone comments, it is beautiful here. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. The sound and lighting was very good, certainly better than a small indoor club. Â Unlike small clubs, there are many choices for food, including two restaurants. Â For disabled, there is great parking that is walkable if you only have a bit of trouble (flat walk) or you can get picked up by a golf cart. This is a mountain, so the food and show are on different levels. There are elevators everywhere. Trying to get out I thought would be a nightmare and at first we were stopped for awhile. After we started moving we saw why: parking ushers guide a row of cars from the 4-5 main arteries. down to the one main exit. They let 25+ cars go, then stop them and let another line of cars out. It's actually very well organized. Every where we went staff was asking how we were and if we needed any help. It was almost like Disneyland or something. The venue is very clean as well.
Every place charges to park and  I knew it in advance and still chose to see a show here. Yup, $20 sucks. It's more than any other venue and it blows.
We chose to not enjoy a meal at the fancy shmancy Winery or Chateau Decks, instead opting for the cheaper burgers and fries option.
2 Angus Burgers
2 Fries
1 Water
1 Coke
Total: $45!!!!!!
The burgers are not THAT good. Yes, it beats the $45-$65/pp menus at the restaurants, but  come on. When you've paid $85 for a ticket, $7+ for ticket fee, $20 to park, to spend another $45 on "cheap" food is a bit gouging. This is especially true since this is a functioning winery and exists for more than just concerts. There are flies everywhere while you're trying to eat and there isn't  a lot of shady places available to eat. We got there right at 5:30 when it opened for a 7:30 show and the shady spots to eat were already taken by people who know better.
Total price for a night out: $250 for tickets, parking, and food here. I have tickets for another show this year, but I'm not sure if I'll buy more for any other year. I can see a comedy show at many small venues and get the same level of food for a lot less. I can see a concert with MUCH cheaper tickets (granted, not as close) and save that extra money for maybe a romantic hotel afterwards or dessert after the show. Despite all the pros, the bang for the buck just isn't here. Â As I get older and get more and more frustrated with the younger generation and their drunken behavior (get off my lawn you whippersnappers!), I'm sure I'll appreciate this venue and it's peacefulness more and the cost will be more worth it. At 37, I'm still too young for that.
I attended a concert here. Â I did not try their wine, but the venue is spectacular!! Â Views can't be beat, parking was relatively easy, staff was helpful, and the sound system for the music was great! Â Really not a bad seat in the house! Â I would love to come back to do some wine tasting and maybe try their restaurant
Review Source:Music open air concert location
Good Music, Bad Forum
Have fantastic performers e.g., Juanes, Ottmar Liebert, Smokey Robinson
Super minus: parking is unorganized and confusing and costs $20!!!
Super minus: security staff are not clearly identifiable; did not appreciate getting fondled by a supposed security person; they make TSA look good
A lot of food choices ranging from fine dining to food and beverage stands
The place can get very cold after sunset; in the 40's
Unfortunately, probably will stop coming here because of the rising prices and the lack of consideration by some patrons who stand up for most of the concert, sing aloud, are drunk, or are throwing their underwear on stage
Me and my husband went here for wine tasting. We tried 3 wines for about $10 each. I just loved their zinfandel and got additional one later. The server was friendly and informative. We also tried the cheese platter which we absolutely loved.
The views from this winery are AMAZING. Just make sure you check the weather before going as it gets pretty windy and cold up there.
OVERPRICED!!!  The Mountain Winery concerts have signs all over the entrance prohibiting you from bringing in any outside food or drinks.  When you get inside, it's $14 and up for a small plastic glass of wine, $12 for a plastic glass of draft beer, and then the bartenders have their tip jars right out in front of you as well and look very disappointed if you aren't generous to them on top of paying outrageous prices for your drinks.  The food is equally outrageous in price.  The ticket prices themselves are also way up there.  This place obviously is trying to cater to the wealthy Silicon Valley types and I saw plenty of grey-haired men sporting younger thin attractive eye-candy girls on their arms.  The venue is outside, at the top of a mountain, and it can get very very cold and windy up there.  Not recommended unless you bring a winter parka and are prepared to spend plenty of money while they vacuum out your wallet.  There are lots of staff people standing around to help find your seats, and some of those people are just plain snotty.  The parking is a rip off  $20 and is a good long walk from the venue, and not lit very well.  Watch your step finding your car!  The road getting up there and back down after a concert is long, winding and narrow one-lane each way with many hairpin turns, so going back down the hill in the dark is a royal pain, very slow in a long long line of hundreds of cars.  Sound like fun?
Review Source:This review is for a concert we attended.
Beautiful venue. The show started pretty early, just before sunset, and ended early. Traffic was slow going up the mountain so we didn't get any time to admire the facility before the show. The stage backdrop was very unique. Acoustics were good, even from the front row;)
After the show we wanted to admire the jaw-dropping view of the city and lights from the top of the mountain, basically stand off to the side, in the area in front of the bar, where you walk through on your way back to your car and wait for traffic to thin out slightly, for all of five minutes. The security guards/winery staff were having NONE of it. No one was allowed to look out or pause even for a moment. We were all quickly and RUDELY herded back to our vehicles then chased down the mountain. OK, well we were chased into a line traveling all of 0.1 miles per hour in a very long traffic back-up.
It was obvious that the staff don't give a crap about patrons' enjoyment of "their" facility. The quicker we got in our cars the quicker they got to go home, that was clear. So in order to satisfy the selfish needs of minimum wage thugs we barely got to see the place. I hope that's the vision the Winery owners had in mind. Â
Also, the bathroom facilities were dirty, long lines. Pretty tacky for such a nice venue.
This winery really has some potential for intimate upscale concerts (my favorite), but unfortunately the atmosphere is ruined by these disrespectful employees. Also, I must say that this was a very upscale crowd, not hippies or headbangers. Maybe it will come under new management and we will try again. But right now I have a bad taste in my mouth for the place. I don't put on the diamonds and stilettos to be treated this way by low-class peons.
We went back to our hotel and went to bed, deflated. I wish the town council people of Saratoga realized that when tourists are treated this way it makes them want to NOT spend any more money in their town.
On Fri April 5th, they hosted a DJ Dance party featuring music from the 70s to the 90s..needless to say, our group had a blast! For the $20 cover, it was well worth it! The food, wine and bar was awesome and service was very good. The atmosphere was nice. The crowds were just right, meaning Age, Maturity and Likability. There is almost no where you can go in this valley for those over 40 and find the music, food, crowd, service and atmosphere in one spot! I hope they do this more often, like once a month would be very nice!! Maybe 'Vinyl Nites"??? With more outreach to us old folks, they will not have a problem keeping the venue full each time they do this. I've been critical of the Mt.Winery in the past, but they made up for it with this and the new staff really impressed me also. They were not snobby. Thanks Mt. Winery for 'getting with it"...you must be listening to someone...
Review Source:We had a fantastic time visiting the tasting room. The views of course are spectacular - sweeping views of the valley.
The wine itself is okay, but the tasting room is wonderful. Jesse gave us wonderful pours, and kept us entertained with a great selection of classic rock. He was very knowledgeable about the wines, and gave us some great tips on when to return. A must-see if you are wine tasting in the South Bay.
Come to discover, my favorite Bay Area concert venue ~The Mountain WInery has an open Wine Tasting Room on Thurs, Fri, 12noon - on.. Yesterday my friend & I dropped in to review their midday Tasting Room experience ~ it was really great! Jessie, the Mountain Winery Mayor & Local historian downloaded the history, we enjoyed a glass of their Cabernet ~ it was *really good* ~ can sit inside or outside, the music was great ~ Jessie plays all the tunes of all the big name artists who play there, and it is open to walk around the campus and enjoy the amazing property and views* Â A great idea to bring your clients or family up there for special occasion, really special*
Review Source:This review is long overdue but nonetheless here it is. My FI and I came here to see the Goo Goo Dolls perform in August 2011. We were fortunate to get dropped off so we were able to skip the parking fee. The views are spectacular!
We purchased two glasses of champagne which were the cheapest on the menu, $11 per glass. The bartender was very nice and animated, he also made sure to fill our glasses to the brim so we would get our money's worth!
Parachute opened the show while it was still dusk. Their infectious energy and great stage presence convinced me to buy their album! Michelle Branch came on after. She was delightful but the sound system was tweaked a bit so it was rather hard to hear her over the guitar. The Goo Goo Dolls were absolutely wonderful! It was amazing to be in such an intimate space where you could see them up close and personal. Easily one of the best concerts we've ever been to!
This review is only for the concert series during the summer of 2012!
My husband & I (2 days post-wedding) along with one of my besties came to TMW for the Colbie Caillat & Gavin DeGraw concert on August 22. We arrived early & had cheaper parking thanks to carpooling, yay! We had trouble getting information about our meet & greets with Gavin since all the event staff had different answers. We decided to buy some food for dinner & it was quite pricey (as expected). I ended up getting attacked by bees since they wanted my yummy salad.
As the time for the meet & greets got closer, we decided to send my hubs to the entrance info center to get some answers. He ended up getting our VIP laminates & we got in line to go meet Gavin! We were ushered into a cellar to meet Gavin & we all had a few moments with him with staff helping to take our photos & whatnot.
After leaving the meet & greets, there was event staff ti show you where your seat was located. The show itself was friggin' awesome. The acoustics for TMW is pretty impressive & the setting intimate. It actually allowed for Gavin to get offstage & come into the audience! It also helped that you could buy wine & bring it down to drink in ghetto plastic cups, lol!
Getting out of the parking lot after the concert was a pain since everyone leaves at the same time, but we had a great experience overall. We'll definitely be back if one of our favorite artists comes back to perform!
Great venue with great views and a great staff - what more could you want? Member of the wine club, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Brought my parents and brother here to do some tasting, and Jessie was very informative and easy going, great way to introduce the family to the Bay area.
Concerts and comedy shows are a lot of fun. Sure, people complain about the 20 dollar parking, but it is like that where ever you go. Deal with it. Great place to go hang out and enjoy a great time with friends, family, and anyone else you meet while you're there.
I had my wedding here about two weeks ago and we had the most memorable day. Â The outdoor ceremony (Vista Deck) and reception (Chateau Deck) turned out beautiful! Â We were engaged in August 2011 and started our search for an outdoor venue soon after. Â We wanted our wedding to be in September and if you noticed two weeks ago was October. Â So here's my story for any of those who are trying to plan their wedding at The Mountain Winery. Â
We chose this location for three reasons: 1) close to home 2)  outdoor reception space  3) bring your own caterer.  Our families aren't accustomed to American banquet (chicken, beef, or fish) so we needed a venue that allowed us to bypass their preferred caterers.  When we learned that TMW allowed it at a cost $XX per head we decided to bite the bullet to make it happen. Â
Working with the event coordinator was very pleasant. Â We started our discussion early on at the end of 2011 and most of the anxiety I had was about locking down a date. Â The event coordinator was very easy to work with, but at times hard to get a hold of. Â When you do get a hold of her she's very easy to talk to and is very flexible. Â I wanted to know so many things right away and she was probably tied up doing other events that took priority. Â
We looked at the venue sometime between Sept-Oct 2011 and waited for months for the release of their concert schedule. Â We weren't able to put a deposit down until TMW figured out which Saturdays were available. Â It was my understanding that September is usually the tail end of their concerts and that more than likely there would be one available Saturday in the month. Â Well, that didn't pan out. Â The concert dept decided to have a surprise artist appear on the date I was expecting to lock down 9/15/12. Â I found out around April 2012. Â I seriously wanted to cry. Â
With the constant questioning from friends and family 'when is your wedding?' we couldn't give them an answer 8 months after we decided to tie the knot. Â There was one Saturday available. Â However, in October. Â We were ready to leave this place and started looking at other locations. Â But after much discussion it was the best venue for an outdoor reception and what made us stick with this place was that they allowed an outside caterer (at a cost). Â We chose the one Saturday available in October (charged us peak season). Â So now it's mid-May with four months to lock down every vendor there is with planning a 200 guests wedding. Â
We absolutely fell in love with the view and there was no other outdoor space like it in the south bay. Â The view is spectacular and although it's windy to get up there it's worth it! Â In the end, everything worked out and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Â It turned out better than we expected. Â The service was great during dinner. Â All our friends and family had a ton of fun. Â It was unforgettable! Â We ended up having to rent heating lamps. Â No complaints from the drunkards, but we felt bad for a handful of elders that were really cold. Â The lamps were $50 a piece + tax+ service charge it cost us another $500-600. Â I thought this was ridiculous since we wanted our wedding to be in September where I was certain I wouldn't have to deal with unpredictable weather like October! Â Just be aware there's a cost for everything here. Â
Also the music has to stop at 10:30PM sharp. Â There's some kind of policy in the neighborhood that music cease at that time due to noise disturbance and especially with music traveling from the mountain top. Â I guess it could be annoying if it's not your wedding. Â LOL. Â
Oh and there's a pretty indoor reception space too! Â It's a tad bit less $ than the outdoor space. Â It has lights, wine barrels and large ceiling beams. Â The other thing that I didn't realize was that you don't have the exclusivity of the property. Â They rented out the indoor space to another couple on our day. Â I didn't find out until rehearsal! Â
I know it's a long story! Â I wish I knew their protocol ahead of time. Â It would have alleviated much anxiety I brought upon myself. Â It's unheard of. Â No one has that much difficulty putting a deposit down. Â If you're looking to book this place around Aug-Sept (peak concert season) I suggest you start communicating with the event coordinator as early as possible. Â Keep in mind you may not get the date you want and could wait it out for nothing or end up compromising. Â I recommend this for couples who are flexible and easy-going. Â We had four months to book the other BIG vendors and at this time most vendors were booked way in advance! Â Â
Good luck!
5 stars for the concert series & the spectacular view. Â Seeing the lights of Silicon Valley come alive as it gets dark is stunning, to say the least.
One star for travel and parking. Â There's only one way to get to and from here. Â This is a problem when coming & going...moreso going. Â Also, you have to go up the side of a mountain and the barriers aren't particularly great. Â These things are probably beyond their control, but are still worth mentioning, given that driving is the only option.
However, the $20 parking fee is inexcusable, especially considering there is NO way to get there except driving. Â There's no public transit and nowhere to park & walk up. Â $15 if you have 3+ people isn't much of an incentive to find people to carpool with either.
Great place to go for wine tasting and a concert
They have a good offer for $20. You get to try 6 different wines, 2 estate, and you get your own glass. They are also pretty generous in the amount that they give you.
Me and my girlfriend also went to see a concert on the same day. The venue is awesome, and the seating is really close to the stage.
I will definitely come back for the wine tasting, and an occasional concert
Amazing one of a kind venue!
Of all the local outdoor music venues, Mountain Winery literally is above the crowd, providing a truly memorable experience every time. We've given tickets to customers and vendors that our company deals with and they are all duly impressed.
The location offers great views of the valley below, but more importantly is a venue truly enjoyed by the performers. The result is that the performers can connect and interact with the audience in a way not experienced elsewhere.
There is no sense of crowding or overwhelming security and the excellent sight lines and nearness of the stage eliminates the need for huge video screens. The acoustics in the bowl are excellent and as a result the volume levels at the shows aren't overwhelming, even in the front sections
There are several wonderful restaurants with superior service and impressive menus. Our favorite is the Winery Deck, overlooking the stage and seating. Â Loretta, The manager of this establishment will ensure a five star, delicious three course meal with lots of menu options. We've never had a bad meal here.
For those willing to invest a little more, there is also the private Masson Club which is just below the winery deck. This VIP experience includes a private buffet, bar , private bathrooms and club deck overlooking the stage. Patricia ( The manager) and Mark (The bartender) make each visit special with their wonderful service and friendly attitude. It's a pleasure to stop in here every show.
Being VIP season ticket holders with VIP parking, we can't complain about the parking or accessibility issues mentioned by other reviewers. My husband walks with a cane and the shuttle has always been readily available with courteous and helpful drivers. Our only complaint is the shuttle service at the end of the show requires a long wait. It would be nice if they had more shuttles and drivers available for customers with ADA concerns then.
