This was filtered , I guess the owner doesn't like to hear the truth and why is it allowed to be filtered by Yelp when others need to know what our experience at this place was..Thia was NOT malicious, just the truth..
I heard that a chef owned this restaraunt , I do not think he is doing the cooking. Shrimp and Clams Fra Diavlo? They were out  of shrimp, did all clams, the sauce was marinara and hot sauce. The nachos we ordered were left under the heat lamp till the cheese melted to the bottom and the chips were black, once the plate cooled the cheese was a hard mass. The attempt at house made salsa was appreciated but the result was just diced tomatoes and onions, no flavor at all. The prime rib sandwich was tasteless and paper thin. The onion rings were burnt -black.The server brought out two burnt items and never said a word. As I am in this business, I never send food back when I go to a new place, I like to take in the experience and figure out if this is a pretty standard evening and it was. I observed the other diners meals and the lackluster service and could see this was status quo an no one expected anything more. I was hoping to find a decent local place in this area as I am new here, this is not it. The chef who owns it needs to get back in his kitchen.
Tuesday night is THE wing night. Â $5.00 for 14 wings. Â How can you beat that. Â Great sauce choices. Â I went for their special on the cajun Garlic Ranch sauce. Â I would recommend it. Â
Highly recommend getting there early on Tuesday's though. Â It gets pretty packed. Â Takes a while to get your food since there's only one server and bartender on.
