I was on travel here and I placed an order for delivery by suggestion of a co-worker. Per their web page, they had a "coupon" for a large cheese pizza and ten wings for $16.99. I asked for pepperoni and it was an additional $2.39. Then I inquired about the free 2-litre of soda offer and was not able to "combine coupons". I received the delivery in a timely manner (30 min as they quoted). The pizza was marginal at best - white crust, very flimsy, super saucy, with about ten pepperonis. Definitely not the crispy golden pizza I was expecting - especially for "locally sourced meats which provide higher quality" as I was told by the worker. I would look elsewhere if pizza is what you're in the mood for.
Review Source:Good for take out dinner; I haven't eaten there yet, so I can't rate that. Not at all impressed with their pizza, but my husband loves it. I'm a cheese fan and it's too saucy for me.
Sandwiches are good size, fries are decent. Can't complain for $25 take out dinner for two.
The service is always very welcoming and friendly too.
I live about 2 miles away and my wife and I visit My Three Sons on average about once a week. The wraps, salads, and sandwiches are very fresh and tasty! There's a selection of fries (curly, western etc..) and each are very good! I haven't had the Pizza in a while, but I remember the sauce being on the sweet side. A little different but still good! All ingredients used are fresh.
Efforts were taken inside to give the look of part Cafe and part Coffee shop. There are plenty of tables and some cushion chairs and a sofa to relax on while you wait for a To-Go order to read a bit while enjoying your snack etc.. There is a TV (as in most restaurants today) in one corner as you walk in. But the sound is not loud and there's no music playing to drown out conversation. If you look closely, the tables appear to be converted old sewing machines! Just the bottoms which is pretty neat.
After placing your order at the counter, you are given a number, you fill your fountain drink (if chosen) and then find a seat. Bottled and/or canned soda and teas are available if desired as well. Wait times are short and soon your food is delivered. Presentation is very plain. Which I like. Â Sandwiches and wraps come in baskets. However salads and other entrees do arrive on "real" plates. Meals are hot and freshly cooked. Just basic good and fresh food.
Part way through your meal you may need a refill of that fountain drink. Go ahead, refills are free! Then when done, you carry your trash to bin and put plates and baskets on top. Kinda like Panera Bread.
A quick "Thank You" to the Folks behind counter on the way out gets a friendly and appreciative smile and wave.
No need to Tip, but there is a bin up on the counter if so moved... I leave a little for workers when I can.
Found this place via Yelp reviews and it was very close to my hotel. It is a very nice place, that serves Greek, Italian and American fare. It is kind of an upgraded pizza/greek joint you see up and down the east coast. The gyro pita I had, was one of the best I have ever tasted. The pita was hot and fresh, the gryo meat excellent. Also enjoyed some Letil soup. It was very tasty and had great flavor. The staff was very friendly, and the service extremely quick. The seating area is quite large, confortable, clean and very nice for this type of restaurant. Prices are fair for what you get. I would go back.
Review Source:Short and sweet - Good Lunch Spot.
I don't know if this is the epitome of Greek food restaurants or anything like some reviews I have been reading say, but this does have some good tzatziki sauces and some nods to Greek food (i.e. spinach pie & great pitas). Â This place is one of those you walk up to the cashier to order and then find a place to sit with your number (think Pei Wei).
The decor by the entrance is clean with muted golds/greens with a charcoal accent, but the other 2 walls in the dining area are more like... an artists studio. Â They are layered with different textures of paint over other colors. Â The decor might not be mind-blowing but the feel of the restaurant is still simple and fresh. =)
This place is great for lunch, but try to come off the peak lunch hours (12-1) because you will end up either double-parking or illegally in a handicapped spot.
We stopped at a hotel in this area Saturday night on our drive from North Carolina to Boston. After checking-in we needed a place to eat and so I looked at my google restaurant suggestions and saw this place. From the descriptions I thought it was a nice sit down restaurant but when we got there I realized it was more of a take out place (you order at the counter) with some tables to sit at.
My boyfriend got a chicken parm and said it was good, his son got the kid's spaghetti which was a generous portion of noodles, sauce, and melted cheese on top. He liked it a lot - I was impressed the presentation was so nice for a kid's meal.
I got the Stromboli without cheese. It usually automatically comes with sauce, grilled onions, and cheese and you can pick 2 toppings. I picked mushrooms and then asked if I could get spinach (one of the pizza toppings but not one of the Stromboli options) and the girl behind the counter said yes. It was really good. Way better than I expected. It came with hot marinara sauce (very flavorful) to dip it in. I ate half of it that night and saved the other have for breakfast. The only funny thing is that I asked the girl what a Stromboli was - I assumed it was like a calzone, and she said she didn't know because she just took orders. Oops if you work at a pizza joint you should know!
My Stromboli took a lot longer to cook then the other 2 orders, so my table was half way down eating before mine came out.
Anyway they have books and coloring books and crayons for kids to play with it. There are a a fair amount of vegetarian options - esp wraps (grilled veggie burger, grilled eggplant, etc.) that could easily be made vegan if you left out the tzatziki sauce. I was going to get a wrap but figured without the tzatziki sauce it would be bland. Â It would be awesome if they carried hummus as well, so vegans could use that in their sandwiches instead.
It's a little pricey but well worth it.

I walked in right before the lunch rush. Â There was already hustle and bustle in the kitchen. Â The girl at the cashier was taking a norder over the phone. Â Despite the "busyness" the staff was very friendly and helpful. Â I asked if they had hummus, and she didn't even know what I was talking about. Â I thought it was kind of strange considering the type of restaurant it is. Â The owner, (I am presuming since later I noticed her picture on the menu) Â pulled out some chick peas from the refrigerator and asked if I wanted them added to my chicken avocado gyro. Â So, they at least attempted to meet my request. Â
I only waited a little while for my food and was pleasantly surprised. Â The gyro was very fresh. Â The tomatos on it were birght red and just delicious. I have added this place to one of my go to places for fresh, fast food.
This is local favorite of ours. The place is clean and comfortable, the service good (well, its mostly self-sevice, but the food arrives quickly), and the prices are excellent. We can fill ourselves up, take some home, and still get out the door for less than $20 - can't beat that! We usually go for pizza - the Greek and White are our favorites. The salads and sandwiches are also good, as are the curly fries (best fries in the area, in my opinion). There is a definite Greek feel to the food and atmosphere, with a little Italian and American thrown in. Â We've even called in for take out a few times, and our food is ready in under 20 minutes. Yum!
Review Source:Our three hour trip home had hit its fourth hour due to traffic. Thank you yelp for helping us find this restaurant for a quick bite to eat at 7:30 on a rainy Sunday. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you when its ready. The three of us started with a house salad, which was prepackaged and dumped into a bowl. Not so great, but it worked. I was just happy to see a fat free dressing option.
My husband ordered the gyro. He said the lamb was great because it was sliced thin so it had a nice crisp to it almost like bacon. I had the chicken pita on a multi-grain pita. It hit the spot! Fresh, flavorful and delicious. Just want I needed and healthy to boot. My bother had the lentil burger pita and seemed to like his very much.
Although the food was good, it wasn't great and did not warrant a $40+ check for three. I guess we would go back if we were in the area, judging by the other options we saw. Three cute Greek guys complete with accents cooking your pita or gyro to order! Yeah, that might just do it.
Was quite surprised by what I found inside. By the outside, I thought this was a Dennys-type diner, but was rather pleasantly surprised to see the non-diner feel and menu, and an authentic Greek-looking and -sounding guy behind the counter. Â
Decoration inside- slightly modern and artistic, and rather ecclectic. Ambience was quite relaxed, with a cafe-type feel.
The menu carries fresh salads (starting at $5.5), submarine and regular sandwiches (starting at $5), pizzas (from $9), and pitas  ($7).  There is also a selection of pasta, platters, sides, and desserts for those who are looking for more than a light meal.
I ordered the meatball sub (~$7) which had plenty of meatballs (enough to literally roll off my plate) and a friend had the BBQ Burger Pita (also $7), which he said was good, but not enough BBQ for his liking.
There are more than enough Greek and American fusion options to satisfy just about anyone. Too many in fact, that I plan to return myself and try more!
For good, affordable, and healthy (if you choose the healthy food), this place cannot be beat in the area. Â I had a meeting on Edgewood and linked up with my buddy for lunch. Â As the description states, the restaurant is a "Greekish" - the menu would be better described as a fusion of Greek influenced Americanish. Â I had the chicken feta pita - healthy and flavorful!
The decor is something that you would not expect from a restaurant - its stylish, open with vibrant colors and great use of open space. Â Reminds me of a stylish coffee/cafe. Â
Would I return? Â Definitely! Â And not just because my wife would approve as it has a "healthy" menu!
Arrived here for a weekday lunch. The location is fairly easy to find and there is moderate number of parking spaces available around the restaurant. Inside is spacious and provides a reasonable number of menu items.
Ordered: 1) Italian steak sub ($8), 2) Chicken caesar salad ($8), and 3) fruit bowl ($3). The italian steak sub is served on a soft sub roll warmed in the oven. The beef steak meat is only decent, however overall it was a good sandwich. My coworkers ordered the curly fries, crab cake melt, and italian cold cut. All of which they mentioned as pretty good.
Service is fair. The more mature service lady and chef were quite friendly, however the younger waitresses working the cash register were not very helpful. Overall this place serves decent food at a moderate price.
The pizza here has crust thats on the thin side. Â The sauce and cheese are good, but that sauce has a bit of a tang that I'm not a great fan of. Â I also tried the wings, which are good, and have just the right amount of spice-y to make me happy.
I'll keep looking around for a pizza place to make my own, but this one hasn't been knocked off the list of contenders.
I dropped into My Three Sons by a friend's recommendation while traveling from out of town and can guarantee it will be standard issue every time I'm even close to Edgewood, MD. The menu is extensive with a little bit to please everyone. The chicken pita was amazing... and the homemade baklava is ridiculous. Probably my new all-time favorite dessert, really... I may look into having them ship some to me. The decor is really warm and the service was really friendly. Please open a My Three Sons in Boston!
Review Source:Look who is back!!! Â Yes fellow Yelpers, one of your favorite trash talkers is back on the beat. Â I was remiss by letting my wife, schools, career, and the Army Reserve get in my way!
Anyway, but on to the review!
What a better way to grow my "Reservist belly" than by eating at My Three Sons? Â Between getting pitas or pasta, you can easily pack on the pounds by eating loads of this stuff. Â I mean, seriously, after spending a weekend saving the world from despots and other crazies around the globe by training mechanics (note the sarcasm - but hey, I recognize that I'm not in the 82nd anymore), what better a way to relax and grab a quick bite than by popping in here?
The setting was quaint - a bit open and the acoustics could use a bit of work. Â However, don't let that fool you. Â The owner typically is sitting inside and enjoying life so it provides a bit to the relaxed atmosphere. Â Definitely a place that I'll be frequenting while I'm assigned to my current unit.
