One of few traditional Navy Chief Petty Officers' Clubs remaining in operation, Oceans should be a pilgrimage for every current and retired Navy Chief Petty Officer to pass through the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. Â Typically hospitable staff and interesting surroudings, featuring ships' plaques from many hundreds of current and former Navy ships whose Chiefs gathered at the Club over the years over ice-cold beer, (often served in a "bucket" of ice), shaking the dice cup in games of "Ship, Captain, Crew," timeless sea stories and incomparable Navy Chief Petty Officer fellowship.
