  The customer service at this place is TERRIBLE! My best friend and I came here for the first time last week to visit some friends from south Austin, I was not pleased at all with the hookah, mouth pieces, and the smoke. After telling the employees about this, they proceeded to tell the manager who informed us that we were "not welcome back here" and that we still had to pay full price for the hookah. The ladies behind the counter were extremely rude as we were paying and getting ready to leave. Ugh. Horrible place. I am sticking with Kasbah Moroccan Lounge from now on.

  Place is a rip off....I smoke hookah a lot and got a small box of the "natural" charcoal for $29.95.....

  Tons of drink and shisha options and plenty of board games to choose from...The place is very laid back and comfortable, I almost felt like i was hanging at a friends house on their couch!
  
  The girl at the counter (I asked for her name, but now I've forgotten:/) was very very friendly and helpful, the place has plenty of seating and I'll definitely be returning :)

  I love this place. I've been about 10 times this summer. It's so down to earth! When you walk in there isn't a wall of smoke unlike many other hookah bars which is nice. The people are all really nice, helpful, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place over most others. They have so many sheesha options as well as drinks. They have about 15 different board games, and snacks. There's also a ton of seating both in and outside. Overall, this is a fantastic place and I will keep going!

  Super chill hookah spot.
  
  Real nice atmosphere, seems like a mix of traditional and modern. They've got board games and stuff (plus a really nice chess set).
  
  The real main attraction for this place, I think,  is the large glowing peacock which just sits in one corner, silently watching over the hookah lounge.
  
  They start the hookahs for you, which is nice, and they always keep the coals lit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place is definitely one of the better hookah lounges around Austin. I would recommend it.

  Neighborhood hookah Lounge, nice for a couple of people or large group.  Laid back atmosphere, friendly - knowledgeable staff, and an assortment of games to choose from.  Extensive selection of tobacco, 70 flavors at reasonable prices.  
  
  The music from the television was a little loud but the owner kept adjusting it to make sure that it was not bothering us.
