The Old Stone Diner is part of an Exxon station out on Martinsburg Pike. Â Previously, the diner served as a horrible, horrible Bullets fast-food restaurant. Â Having been a prior patron of the Bullets, I took my time trying Old Stone when it changed over.
Honestly? I wish I never waited.
Forget the fact that it's part of a gas station!
Mind you, it's not high-scale food by any means; however, the food is genuinely delicious and well worth the price.
The service (again, Bullets = Bad) was actually quite a surprise. Â The waitstaff was very courteous and strived for customer service.
If you're driving Route 11 and/or I-81, you may want to stop in and try it out. Â You may be surprised what is in store for you.
