Paco's Tacos

This is a roadside taco wagon I eat at when I'm rolling around Montbello in a semi. They usually set up shop right at the intersection of 56th and Peoria, NE corner. There's enough room to get a truck or three parked, so that makes it an obvious choice.
I usually get a carne asada burrito, and they make it GOOD here. Four bucks gets you a loaded burrito with savory asada meat, beans, cheese, salsa, etc. I get a roasted jalapeno to chew on the side, a perfect quick lunch that you can eat while you're rolling down the road.
