Top Pho Restaurant

great service, tastey broth without being over powering, large portions, and heeps of meat in all dishes. don't forget great prices. top pho hits the spot for sure!

I am tempted to give this place 5 stars but I haven't had their pho - so maybe next time, and there will be a next time, they will get bumped up.  

However their spring roll bowl was excellent - I would say the springs rolls rate in the top 5  that I have eaten in my life - period, exclamation point.!  The fish sauce had a great  taste as well.  

Only downfall was the service - not bad, just enough to get the job done with little effort given beyond that.

It's not called Top Pho for nothing. The broth is full of flavor, spring rolls awesome, and the service is fast and friendly.
