I am tempted to give this place 5 stars but I haven't had their pho - so maybe next time, and there will be a next time, they will get bumped up. Â
However their spring roll bowl was excellent - I would say the springs rolls rate in the top 5  that I have eaten in my life - period, exclamation point.!  The fish sauce had a great  taste as well. Â
Only downfall was the service - not bad, just enough to get the job done with little effort given beyond that.
This place is pho real. They have amazing broth...and the great great news is you can get beef or veggie broth...and all the vegetarians said "holla!". It's packed with tons and tons and tons of veggies, more than any other pho place I've been to.
I went during the week for lunch with a co-worker and the place was busy, but not overwhelmingly so. The staff is super friendly and they even brought over a couple of items for us to try that are new on their menu.
Aside from the pho, the veggie egg rolls are the bomb. Like, the bomb. Not greasy, and they tasted really fresh.
If you are contemplating a visit here, contemplate no more. It's worth the visit and your happy little pho loving taste buds will thank you.
There was a change of ownership about six months ago. The new owner really takes pride in the place, the service and especially the food. Â I don't write many reviews but I've been impressed with the transformation.
I've had many things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed.
I've been to many different pho restaurants around and would highly recommend Top Pho as one of the best and without reservation!

Fresh ingredients and fair prices. I've had both the pho and non-pho selections. The pho broth is flavorful but not densely packed with layers of taste, as at some of the other, more notable pho-terias in town.
The service is kindly, but slowwwww.
For folks near the Fitzsimmons / Anschutz / CU Medical Center-area, this would be a good lunch spot for some healthy eating . . . but I wouldn't drive out of your way to get there.
Noodles and broth in cartoonishly huge bowls? Sign me up! I'm thrilled to see a good restaurant nearby. The dining room is unassuming, maybe a little spartan for some peoples taste but the food definitely speaks for itself. The service is friendly and fast, the food is delicious and very affordable. I hope the business they get from the neighborhoods and hospital support this place for years to come.

Review Source:Delicious vegetarian Pho! Yes, it's possible...and it's about time.Vietnam is a Buddhist country after all and many Buddhists are vegetarians. I've tried the beef and vegetarian bowls and the vegetarian is more flavoured and tasty. Extra "u" for flavour. After all these years of eating beef Pho I feel like I've been missing out and this was such a nice surprise. Apps were standard. Service was good. Decor is standard..it's the vegetarian Pho that steals the show!
