I went to the Colorado Home and Garden show for 2013 and saw the stand there and thought I would try some of their BBQ.  I asked the cashier if they could make my sandwich with BBQ without any sauce on the meat and then put the cold slaw on top of the BBQ.  She said they could and it would not be a problem.  I told her I had grown up in Memphis, TN and that is the way I liked my sandwich and that was the way it is made in Memphis.  When she told the man behind a glass how I wanted my sandwich he didn't know what to do and then started talking under his breath and indicated he did not want to fix any food.  I asked the cashier if anything was wrong and she had a very puzzled look on her face.  I then told her if this man did not want to make my food, just refund my $9.75 I had just paid her.  She refund my money and said she was sorry and the food stand may be getting ready to close?  This all happened at about 4pm and there were quit a few people at the event.  The other people who were also looking at ordering from this or the next food stand moved away from  Big Bubba's BBQ.  I never did get any food while I was at the show because I did not see anything that appealed to me.  I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.  If the food is good, you will never know it because of this poor example of staff member.  The cashier was great but she could do better by finding another job.  In my opinion, stay far away from Big Bubba's BBQ because you will not get your food when you order it if the person that prepares it is not in the mood to work that day.
