This place is mind numbingly slow, and that is wholly credited to the broken cog that was the young girl manning the phones/register. She is too soft-spoken and lost to have a customer service job.
I ordered a pizza on-line, and it was apparently ready when we got there - sitting on a shelf. The girl that was on the phone didn't know how to handle a phone order though, so even though we had already paid, were the first people in line, AND our pizza was already done, WE STILL HAD TO WAIT OVER HALF AN HOUR TO GET OUR PIZZA. We were never greeted either. She was too shy to make eye-contact.
Absurd. I feel bad for the guy that seemed like the Manager. It really is not his fault that this is a rusty, broken down machine of a system at this location.
Next time, I'm going to go half an hour out of the way to get a pizza from Libertyville, as opposed to this location less than 6 minutes away. Seriously. It's THAT bad.
Oh, and for the food? The pizza was a cold, hard disappointment. I mean, what else did we expect when it was sitting on a shelf for over half an hour?
What is it about pizza places not understanding "EXTRA SAUCE"????? Seriously, my pizza was terrible. It was dry hard bread with flavorless cheese on it (lets ignore the fact that the veggies were sparse and bland). And I specifically ordered "lots of extra sauce" yet the pizza was almost dry. Truly awful pizza. I will never order from here again. Domino's +1. Papa Johns -1.
