in April we had the Peninsula Banjo Band perform  at my dad's birthday dinner, it was fabulous, a great surprise for the guests.  Charlie Tagawa (the Banjo Band leader for over 40 years)  really worked the crowd, everyone was smiling from ear to ear.  Other friends had them at their house in August for their mum's 90th party,  people were dancing and singing, it was a wonderful afternoon.

They perform Wednesday evening at Harry's Hofbrau, Saratoga Ave,San Jose  7pm
