The service at this Penn is a little spotty. Some days they are on with a full house. Today, I waited for 30 min when I was one of 3 people in the place. I would give the food a high 3 (which is usually the rating). The workers are all really nice but the efficiency at this link in the Penn Station chain is lacking, so I have experienced better.
