Total dive bar with three drafts, bottles, and, well stock. Lots of gambling PC's that pay out. According to BT (Bartender) the highest single pay out was $9400.00! There's 3 rooms and a kitchen, also 2 pool tables, Texas Hold 'em and Black Jack tables, which get attention on Friday nights, which happens to also be steak night. Â There is a stage for live music (on Saturday nights) and 2 dart boards. Â You will also find an Atm and cigarette machine. Â Yes, smoking is permitted. Â They have a kitchen which opens at 1700 daily. I have not sampled the food, but, BT assures me it is good. Â Apparently, the lady who cooks for them also has a catering business. Â I enjoyed my visit here, and, had to ask about the clientele. Â According to BT, the crowd is laid back and friendly, presenting in a non-violent atmosphere. Â I can hang with that, just don't like the second hand smoke. Â Much to my surprise they do have a non-smoking room that has seven gambling machines. Â I am not much of a gambler. Â I am not the type who likes to give away his money, but, occasionally I will take a small chance. Â I bought a card from the BT and put $20 on it, which comes with a free $ every 24 hours, but, you must be present to earn it. Â I sat down and played my 20 bucks, and, won $60! Â So, I stopped. Â $40 profit, means I drink for free!! Â I spent time at the bar and mingled with the customers who ranged from mid to late 30's to 80's. Â There were a couple cool biker dudes in there also. Â Overall, it had the atmosphere of a VFW. Â Being ex-military, I can dig the groove. Â They open at 1100, not, 0100 as the sign states. Â This place is close, and, worth it if I get a hankering for an afternoon beer. Â
Be warned: Â Max pay out in a 24 hour period is $500.00 due to tax issues. Â So, if you win a couple grand, expect to have to return multiple times to collect.
