Once or twice a year my family needs pizza and Coupeville is the only option....I reluctantly agree thinking that maybe it will have improved since the last time they talked me into Pizza Factory pizza there. But no, it is just as bad as ever, I ordered a calazone which was truly awful, it got tossed.
I don't know what they do there in Coupeville to create such a bad version of an already just ok franchise pizza but it astounds me every time. The only edible pizza there is the Wolf Pack which is loaded with mushrooms.
Do not go there, drive to Oak Harbor and eat at the Football Bat, ask them  to give the crust an extra few minutes as they tend to under cook it and you will have really good pizza which is hard to find on Whidbey Island.
Stopped by here on our way home from the Ebey's Landing trail along the beach that runs down the West side of Whidbey Island. No one else there at the time, but the one woman working there was super friendly. The pizza was A-okay and it tasted good after a long day on the trail shooting with our cameras!
Review Source:This pizza is delish! Â The Wolfpack is the best and the employees & owner are amazingly sweet! Â I totally recommend this Pizza Factory over the Oak Harbor one. Â Sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes to get your pizza, but no one should be in such a hurry to get mad at employees who are doing their best.
Review Source:It took forever, but Coupeville has a francised restaurant. Â This is the only place in town that will deliver, and during the week, you can't beat the lunch buffet all you can eat pizza, salad and drink for $7. Â There are often construction crews here for lunch, and they do have toasted sandwiches, pasta and calzone in addition to pizza. Â You get a decent pizza, and it's really the only place on central Whidbey where you can get a pizza and pitcher.
Review Source:I LOVE pizza factory pizza; there is one near our house in Oak Harbor. Â When I started working with a new office in Coupeville, I was excited to know that I could stop by and grab lunch. Â The first time we went, we hoped to take advantage of their lunch buffet. Â But, there was very little selection, and the employees didn't want to make any more pizza until "more customers came in." Â So basically, if you go and there is nobody there, you get what's there and nothing new. Â Another occasion, we wanted pizza to have at the office. Â We were told on the phone that they didn't deliver until 4pm, so we went to pick it up. Â When we arrived, (5 minutes later than they said it would be done) the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes.
Overall, the pizza is on par with other pizza factories, but the customer service STINKS.
